We liked this experience - the boat was pretty comfortable, with music and nice views)

The only one thing I didn't get - on the tickets we've got info about the meeting point and when we came there - there were no people, there was like small office where the girl informed where to go to get on the boat.. I believe it is better to indicate the meeting point right in the place where we're getting on the boat, so that we don't loose time.

p/s/ personal opinion, not related to the service - there is not so much to see near the revier - there are no excited views of the city etc.. so if you'd like to discover city - it is not the best option. but if you'd like to go for a date with someone and relax or get a drink -...

Nice tour on the river, nice Eco boat so not adding to a footprint. The negatives were the management and organisation of the tour was appealing. We arrived 1/2 hour early so our group of 4 could sit together, we were 2nd in the queue, there were 3 boats 1 large and 2 smaller. We asked if we could go on the larger boat but we're told we had to go to the small boat at the front once the boat was almost full we were told we had to go the large boat ehick was now almost full and ended up with 4 individual seats and were now unable to sit together. After we left they then used another boat which only had 2 people on it. The phrase could not organise a activity...

Muy mala experiencia con esta empresa. Es verdad que tienen un barco de placas solares muy silencioso para navegar por el Guadalquivir, pero el empresario maneja las reservas según sus propios intereses sin importarle el perjuicio que le causa a las personas que hemos reservado con antelación suficiente para disfrutar de un "Crucero ecológico". Hace 8 meses fuimos de Córdoba 12 personas con una reserva de varias semanas de antelación. El día de antes nos comunicaron que tenían problemas con el barco y como alternativa nos ofrecieron retrasar dos horas la salida. El empresario nos alegó que había tenido una avería y nos compensó con una consumición gratuita en el barco. Aunque nos produjo un cambio de planes de nuestra visita, aquello quedó más o menos bien resuelto.

Ahora volvíamos a reservar con ellos para 14 personas (7 parejas que le regalábamos a nuestras esposas el crucero) y también con varias semanas de antelación. Cuando llegamos puntualmente el día y la hora del crucero, pretenden dividir el grupo de amigos que vamos y meternos en dos barcazas, nada de "CRUCERO ECOLÓGICO". Nos quejamos a los trabajadores que nos dijeron que el "barco ecológico" estaba en una navegación de cuatro horas y que era lo que tenían, si nos hubieran avisado con suficiente antelación igual podíamos haber cambiado de compañía para disfrutar de nuestro crucero y no arruinar nuestra tarde. Nos enviaron a la oficina y allí tan solo pudieron atendernos la chica de recepción (que aguantó estoica y educadamente nuestras quejas) que nos pidió disculpas y prometió devolvernos el dinero.

Así que cuidado con las reservas en esta empresa que claramente, la maneja una persona con pocos escrúpulos y que juega y cambia las reservas a su interés, sin importar el perjuicio que ocasiona a los ciudadanos. Estos dos incidentes solo nos ha demostrado que aunque tenga reservas, si alguien le alquila el barco al empresario pues deja tirado al personal que haya hecho las reservas... la...
