From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the warm, welcoming environment and the high-luxury ambience that sets Cinnamon Life - City of Dreams apart. The architecture and interiors exude elegance, making it a true gem in the heart of Colombo.

The staff hospitality was exceptional—supportive, friendly, dedicated, and highly reliable. We were impressed to see not only well-trained Sri Lankan staff but also professionals from various countries, reflecting the hotel’s global standard.

Our room was spotless, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the city. The international buffet was a culinary delight—every dish was packed with flavor, and our kids enjoyed the variety just as much as we did.

The Kids Club was a standout feature! Our children had an amazing time with the board games, PS4, Legos, arts, crafts, clay activities, and more—all complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise.

The two swimming pools were absolutely stunning and well-maintained—perfect for both family fun and relaxation.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the hotel’s flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. This level of guest-centric service is rare, even at top-tier international hotels.

At check-out, we were offered a lovely in-house fruit basket, cookies, and wine. As we are Muslim, we kindly returned the wine, and the gesture was still appreciated. A beautiful surprise was the handmade Sri Lankan key tags gifted to our kids—a heartfelt touch that made us smile.

A special thanks to the amazing concierge team—Ms. Fathima from Morocco, Mr. Adhil, and Ricky—for their attentive service and care. They made our stay even more special.
