Went there with bunch of friends for late night dinner after a movie. It's a typical vegetarian restaurant which sells south Indian food. You could find lots of these type of restaurants around the country.
The place is not extremely tidy but holds the general cleanliness of these kind of establishments. Service is not very professional either. The food is little above average. The biggest plus point of places like these is the price. It's really cheap and it's good value for money if you can lower your expectations.
We liked their masala dosai and ulundu wada which were crispy and tasty. And as usual the drink of hot plain milk was very satisfying.

If you want to experience where locals eat, this is the place. We had 2 curry and rice for 350 LKR + 50 LKR tips. We didn't think we need to tip since no locals tip there. However, when we were about to leave, the waitstaff did ask for tips. (I assume because we are foreigners?)
They kept coming back and giving us more food. They gave us three different types of drinks to try as well. One is a yogurt type of drink, the other one is kind of like jello, and the third one is some sort of curry juice.
