Between the fact that they do not clean the rooms properly and that in more than a month that I have been here, they do not change the buffet, apart from the poor quality of the food, apart from the poor treatment by the absolute apathy of most of the staff and especially the manager, there have been numerous complaints to which deaf ears were turned, so some long-stay guests were forced to resort to social networks to publicly denounce what happens in this hotel. The fact is that this has had an impact on management, sending long-term guests letters saying not to report poor service and management on social media, instead to talk to the manager because this is affecting their life like royalty, some long-term guests spoke to the manager complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms, whose response was in the words of the manager 'that this is not a category hotel and cannot be cleaned every day' the problem is not the category of the hotel, the problem is that the manager does not do his job, by not supervising the work of his subordinates. I have seen the cleaning staff, three people in a room instead of cleaning the rooms, one is lying in bed, another watching TV and another heating the water, of course in this way it is impossible to clean the room, it must be said that in my room only staff should enter to clean or perform maintenance functions. On the other hand, the buffet never changes, we have been eating the same thing for a month. I'm so dumb that I couldn't multiplay 18,500 into 6 days if I'm not mistaken. I'm so sorry Ms. Saduni I'll not ask stupid questions again.
If you guys are intrested on doing bussness please let me know avalability of rooms and how much more I have to pay for above mentioned extentions.
