We chose Swiss Luxury Apartments to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail in our room. They have really thought of everything.|Here are a few things that impressed me:||The safe did not have a piece of carpet in it (in my eyes, this is a major plus point) instead, there was a luxurious white large silky napkin folded up and placed in the safe. This is so thoughtful and shows the level of detail they provide.||The kitchen facilities were great to use, high quality cutlery, they literally provide everything you could need and everything looks super clean.||I have never stayed anywhere in Europe that provide so many British tv channels. Not only that, they provide quite a number of channels in many other languages.|They also provide Netflix and Amazon Prime too which is superb. ||Another (huge) plus point is that they provide complimentary mineral water (and other drinks) in your room every day. You also have access to hot and cold drinks downstairs, should you wish to have a drink on your way out / back in.||The furniture was mostly glass and leather (glass table, leather chairs etc) which was pleasing to me as very easy to keep clean.||The electric blinds to block out the sunlight and the air conditioning worked a treat and made us feel very comfortable when coming in from. 33’c heat!||The daily gifts of local produce was a beautiful touch and lovely to sample what the region had to offer.||The team there looked after us very well. The Concierge, Bastien, has a wealth of knowledge and is an encyclopaedia of Geneva!||Joseph was a pleasure to speak to and saw to our every needs throughout our stay.||Yassine was so helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and booking tables for us. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss Luxury Apartments, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome at the reception set the tone for my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding. It was evident that the cleaning crew takes great pride in their work, ensuring that every corner sparkled. Coming back to such a pristine environment after a day of exploring was truly refreshing. I like it that every time the cleaning crew shows up, they leave a simple but amazing different gift.
What stood out the most was the unique home-like atmosphere. The thoughtful design and cozy furnishings created a sense of comfort that I haven't experienced in other accommodations. It felt like a true refuge, allowing me to relax and unwind completely.
The amenities offered were top-notch, adding to the overall experience. Whether it was the well-equipped kitchen or the inviting common areas, every detail contributed to a sense of luxury and convenience.

Read more£3000 BAG STOLEN OUT OF OUR ROOM
Whilst I cannot fault the room itself it was lovely, on our first day we went out only to come back that evening to find out the cleaners had stolen a £3,000 Bag from our room, upon calling them out for this we were made to feel in the wrong as ‘this has never happened before’ and ‘they wouldn’t do this’
Rather than thinking this would be a possibility we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable for the rest of our stay, completely ruining the holiday
We were told to report this to the police and they would come by the end of the week and finish the investigation it’s now been nearly 2 months on and everytime I message the hotel I simply get told to speak to the police rather than them working with me.
You would think the least they would do is refund the cost of the stay at least for such a big inconvenience and £3,000 bag stolen out of our room but there has been no offer what so ever and they apparently cannot do this.
I ask, if you are travelling and choosing to stay in this hotel with expensive items, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, the cleaners will go through your stuff and stand there and tell you to your face they haven’t done anything.
