台北西門儷萊商旅Relite Hotel — Hotel in Taipei

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived late at night for check in and the two staff at the counter only gave us dirty looks. The rooms are dirty and smelled really bad. There was a cigarette left in the room. The rooms had old furnishing and you can feel the springs in the beds. There was a sudden power outage in a few of our rooms and I went down to the counter to ask for some assistance and the same two staff at the front counter just left me standing there, then the lady looked up and asked me "yes?" And I told her my problem and she just ignored me. The other staff then asked the maintenance staff to assist me.

When we returned to the rooms the next day after our outings, the rooms were not tidied or cleaned and the room service lady was sitting outside of the rooms watching dramas on her phone. This was reported to the front counter and only then were our rooms tidied. The next morning, the room service lady questioned us on why we said she didn't clean the room. She claimed that we asked her not to clean our room when in fact before we went out she had asked us if we needed cleaning services and we said yes.

On the last night of our stay, the water system had a really bad stench and the whole room stinked, it felt disgusting to take a shower and to brush our teeth.

This place goes by a bunch of other different hotel names but ultimately ends up being the same wretched place. It's like they're using the ghost kitchen models but for the hotels. For what reason I ask? It's hard to say but I'm not certain it has something to do with the poor quality of the hotel and that they try to hide it like a string of limited liability companies. This place is dingy they will lie and say you will get a city view and really the view from your window is going to be a brick wall. And they will call you well well before checkout time to try to shake money from you and the phone Ring is not even a ring it's actually a loud alarm complete with red lights that flash like police sirens. Then then you try to check out even if it's like a little bit past 12:00 or whatever they will try to charge you double literally double these guys are criminals and it's sad because it's so common here in Taiwan it's so easy to see why you're so much homeless people everywhere because they create a false sense of urgency and try to extract profits from everyone. I also go by several other names to try to hide their misdeed so that when they get so low in terms of reviews and stuff they can just change their name so when you show up it's not going to be whatever hotel you thought you were going to go to, it's going to be this hotel, Relite Hotel. If I can vote negative star, I will vote negative 10 stars !!! And the comment posted in AGODA is never display, but you can find many fake comments in AGODA. I will not reserve any hotel in AGODA any more.

This is a cheat! There are FAKE PICTURES from photo editor uploaded and shown to customers on hotel booking web site!

1. Thin wall or weak wall of the room thus we can hear the sound from next door clearly. For example, the sound of talking and "enjoying".

2. Non of cleaning services for that room, we can see the foots of deadbody of cockroach on wall! Yes, that are foots only, but nothing of the body. It's so funny, anyone can imagine the view? A lot of bug on carpet, its bit me! I cannot put my luggage on floor coz of I afraid the bugs will go into my luggage!

3. broken wall and ceiling papers, (yes, paper"s" because that are broken!)

4. broken furniture, all thing is old and broken even only the chair, I felt I can break it when I sit on it!

We were cheated and wanted to find another hotel immediately but in vain (we wasted one hour above on street to find it). We were forced to sleep in that room one night, we felt we were insulted and powerless. That is the worst place (place, not hotel or inn, I cannot feel that is) we tried in our travel experience.
