慧薗溫泉會館 — Hotel in Taipei

Use the outdoor hot spring coupon purchase from GOMAJI. It was located on a remote area, if you are taking public transportation, you will need to walk a bit. For the price of TWD400 per person, the overall experience was okay-ish, it is outdoor, so you can expect the leaves drops in the pool, the facilities is quite simple, and very old and in poor condition, there are two toilets, the place where you can try your hair, is small with 4 seats, and it was dark, the light is not so bright and some of the lights didn’t work, the atmosphere is wired, sorry about my own impression, but it is how I felt. I am thinking if I have it here options to go with the same price, I will definitely not coming back to this place, cause you don’ feel the management is taking their business...

On arrival this hot spring establishment looked impressive. A bit away from the other hot spring resorts, so a slightly more secluded/special feel to it. Lovely walkway up to the reception. Shown to our room, which was huge. Very quickly noticed our hot spring/bathroom area was quite dirty. Requested that it be cleaned, and the same guy from the reception desk came and did a rough sweeping. Seemed very understaffed. Then noticed things like the TV not working properly and lights hanging out of sockets. Kind of got the feeling that this may have once been a cool place, but maybe whoever is running it has either lost interest or lacks funds to keep...

I stumbled upon this boutique hotspring place when actually looking for another hotspring resort. It's situated on a slope about 20 mins away by foot to xinbeitou station.||It's in a nice secluded location & the 2 ladies at the reception are really friendly. I went for a private hotspring room for 1.5hr for twd1800. I like the quality of the milky hotspring water. I can feel my skin texture improving straight after the Soak. A good way to soak away any fatigue and body aches. ||I like the place and look forward to visiting again - probably an overnight stay in...
