Blue Habeba Nungwi — Hotel in Unguja

Very dirty. The room I was given was not cleaned. Condom paper was on the floor, pillow on the floor, dusty bedsheet and shelves, worms inside the toilet water and pee all over the seat. It’s all I could see during power outage didn’t want to imagine what I find with the lights on. I left. Not a nice experience after travelling 35 hours, looking forward to rest and you arrive to a place like this and then you have to go find another place in late evening. Barely even got an apology, got even ignored. The room was also much more run down than on the pictures. I also saw full ashtrays in the indoor common areas near the rooms, likely there are no rules over smoking. I also asked for a quiet room, but the locals were talking right outside my window, babies crying, invading privacy. The place is also not in the tourist areas. No generator when there are power cuts, which happens a lot...
