Good: The hotel seems new and it’s nicely designed and quiet which is a plus because it’s still very central so you can walk to anything but on a street that is not so busy. Very cleaned and maintained. Beautiful all around. We loved the snacks and coffee in the room and the towels and the view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet has all you need! The staff was all very helpful. Yes one day we came at 4pm and our room was just getting cleaned which seemed kind of late but this was only a one time and so we went to a coffee shop nearby
Bad: our room smelled like sewage if we were out a long time because the exhaust and all AC turns off . However the whole city smells so I don’t blame the hotel alone. I think sewage traps are needed for odors that come in through the drains in the toilet. We had to run water through all drains and run the toilet fan and that did the trick. But for a hotel I strongly recommend to put good traps and refresher with nice floral scents and make it a very welcoming smell for guests. The shampoo and conditioner does not have conditioner so would be nice to get conditioner or one that is nicer...

This is a new hotel with very limited reviews. It is located at a great location in the old town and walking distance to eateries and the weekend night market.
The hotel has no sheltered entrance for drop off. Guest needs to carry the luggage and walk up the stairs to enter the hotel. No staff was helping.
I arrived at 330pm and my room wasn’t ready. The staff can’t promise when I can get the room. The room is very basic. They provide very simple toiletries, no body lotion, the in-room sandals was made by paper. Very hard to wear, easily tear and Not comfortable at all. On the next day, I have left a message to clean my room but when I returned at 4pm the room still not clean up. I paid USD150 per night and I don’t think the hotel worth this price.
A shout out to the hotel manager. He was very attentive and takes in my feedback of my stay when I met him at the lobby. I hope the hotel management will take the guest feedback seriously and make...
