Bed and terrace guesthouse provides cute and comfortable accommodation with big fridges powerful air conditioning machine's, excellent WiFi, Good water heating for the shower and of course a terrace where you can chill outside and enjoy the views. However, what is most attractive about bed and terrace is it's welcoming home atmosphere and the rooms feel like you're own personal bedroom in your own house. This accommodation is the complete opposite of the typical lifeless modern style hotel and has soul and character to it. I will without a doubt call this my place to stay when I return to Chiang Mai in the future. The staff are so humble and kind and provide brochures for businesses to contact for chiang mai day tours/ activities at the entrance.
Bed and terrace is very central to the old town with 3 min walk to loi kroh road where you can find many restaurants, buzzing bars, massage parlor, currency exchange, ATMs, convenience stores, western businesses such as Starbucks and McDonald's McDonald's, and 10 min walk to night bazar and Anusarn market at the end of loi kroh where you can buy lots of souvenirs, special clothing and enjoy fresh thai street food, deserts, fresh fruit shakes etc with great night life vibes!!! You will find many tourists here in the evening, so if you want to mingle with people from all over the world this is a good place...
Read moreI really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with great views... and every room had a balcony/terrace, the staffs were super friendly and helpful, and the lobby was really cool... it had a pool table, lots of seating with complimentary coffee and some some interesting books to read while waiting for your rides. ||Our room came with a safe, a fridge, and 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday. They also changed our sheets and 2 bath towels daily as well. There were no hand towels but that’s okay since they replace the bath towels daily so you can pretty much use the bath towels for your hands after showering. The water pressure was good and the AC unit worked perfectly. We were given a key to our room and to the main door at the lobby because they close the main gate at the lobby at 11pm. ||This location is within walking distance to the night bazaar, the Sunday night market, the old city, a laundromat, etc. They also have book tours as well.||Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay here. Read moreThis review is based on my experience which may not be what others may experience. I stayed 3 nights. The staff is helpful and friendly. Water pressure is very good. The bathroom is the typical shower over the toilet (not a problem-just remember to keep the TP outside of the bathroom or it will end up being a soggy mess. My room was on the 4th floor. The a/c was quite noisy and not working that well. My friend who had a room on the 3rd floor had an a/c that was quiet and worked well. I asked for another room and was told there were none available. Also told someone would come next day and clean the a/c. The next day I was told someone would clean the a/c at 6pm. When I returned to my room about 10pm the a/c was not as noisy as it had been but still not very efficient. Overall the room was clean and a/c tolerable. The kicker was when I commented that my friend got a good room and I didn’t I was told that the next time I should request his room number. If I had stayed in my friends room this...
