Love this place! Welcomed with cold orange juice upon arrival. Quick check in. Staff helped me with my bags. I was upgraded to the family room which is beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant has so much to offer , I rsieciskky love the huge selection of Thai craft beer! Over 35 to choose from! Stout, IPA, Weizen, etc. great staff and vibe. I travel a LOT and this place really impresses me.

Location is great! But it's just next to the boxing stadium so it can get quite noisy at times. There is no lift to access the rooms, so you might want to take that into consideration. Overall very clean and convenient place. Love the gong cha Nam pla. Super fresh and spicy. Great place just to sit and people watch. For the price I paid, I am satisfied.

Ils sont idéalement situés en plein centre et juste à côté du centre de boxing Thaï. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, nous y étions à l'aise à 4 personnes. Le restaurant est excellent, autant la cuisine thai que les plats occidentaux. Et le petit plus pour conclure, nous avons adoré le bar : l'ambiance, les billards et... une carte de bières impressionnante ! Si nous retournons à Chiang Mai, ce que j'espère, nous retournerons dans cette Guest house sans hésiter !

Positives: Great location, friendly staff

Negatives: Between Muay thai arena, noisy from 9pm to 11:30pm and Noisy kitchen blasting out loud music and singing at midnight. Got bitten by bed bugs.

Overall: Good value for money. Great if you're a young backpacker who likes to party. Terrible if you want a good night sleep.

We ended up paying an extra $5 a night just down the road but nowhere...
