A Modern Twist on Authentic Thai Cuisine
My family and I had a delightful experience at Tha Phae Grill. The authentic Thai dishes with a modern twist were a culinary adventure. The four-floor complex, including a rooftop bar, offered a great ambiance, with three air-conditioned floors adding comfort.
The warm smiles from the staff set the tone for our evening. They impressively configured seating for our large group, ensuring a cozy and accommodating dining experience. Although prices leaned towards the higher side, the flavors justified the cost, making it a memorable meal.
The portion sizes were a tad small, but the delicious taste compensated for it. Special mention to the servers who went above and beyond, even conversing in Mandarin. Tha Phae Grill blends tradition with innovation, making it a noteworthy dining destination.
However, it's worth noting that the wait times can be lengthy, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. Patience is advised for those looking to savor the culinary delights at Tha Phae Grill. Expect to pay 300-500 baht per head incl alcohol if you want to eat enough skewers to get full. If you're famished and want an all you can eat place, those 199 baht Thai buffet places would be better. The sauces here are very lacking and they don't have bottles at the tables or help yourself stations so you have to ask the waitstaff if you want more. Floors one and two get really smoky due to the grills on the ground floor so beware. The rooftop is on the fourth floor and no, it is not wheelchair friendly lol. Come to think of it, I don't think there is even a fire escape in this building so another thing to...
