I arrived at the accommodation and was surprised to find that they charge more money for the key than for the room. When I told her that you should write it down, she answered with disdain that she had written it and maybe I hadn't noticed. I asked for help with the suitcase to the room because the room is not accessible and the suitcase is heavy, so she replied that she only had women and that there was no one to help me. The way she answered everything was disrespectful, and when she saw my passport that I was from Israel, she said out loud 'Ahhhh you are from Israel - now I understand everything.' she raised her voice She told me that I could go somewhere else and that Booking would charge me the money for the room. I took the key and told her that I would pay her for the key, because I'm already going to pay(I'm traveling and I don't have money to pay somewhere else. ) She started beating me and told me to give her back the key. She called all her friends to help her violently push me out of the place. I started videotaping her, and she got angry and said she would call the police, I told her to call the police because she was beating me and it was recorded. She got upset, and all her friends physically pushed me and cursed me, so I started cursing back. I threatened her that I would write to Booking and send them the video if necessary. It's disrespectful. I am shaking and crying as I am writing. Now I have to look for another place to sleep that will surely cost more money. I wrote to Booking asking for an answer as soon...
Read moreWe came there for 3 nights to stay during a diveweekend last weekend.||In general it was quite dirty around the area and you could see that nobody was really taking care of the place. Bring cash when you get there because you have to pay the accommodation upfront and on card payments will be added a decent plus of 4% on the total amount for the nights. You should as well be prepared to look for some nice breakfast places around the area as breakfast is not included. |If you prefer to have your room cleaned during your activities for the day you'd be rather disappointed here as well as no one will be making the bungalows during your absence.||The only positive what we can add is that we actually received our deposit back eventhough it didn't look like it at the beginning. As we wanted to check out there was no one at the lobby and no one could help us to get a hold on anyone to help us. We were just lucky that later, as we went for breakfast a lady, who had seen us as we walked out, went after us on her scooter, found us and returned the money to us.||If there is no alternative and you definitely cannot survive without an air-con you can take one if these bungalows, bit be prepared to see very low value...
