Firstly, when I entered the restaurant, there’s a strong weird smell (not the food smell) that I wasn’t a fan of. When I tried to order, the lady asked me to tell the number so I said 56(deep fried pork chop) with all gesture + pointing the one I wanted on the menu.
And then she served the wrong dish. I wast so surprised because she didn’t come to my table or recheck with me when I ordered. So I told her this wasn’t what I ordered, she took the plate back and redo again also confirming the price with me then I said ok no problem. Good thing is that they serve in a quick time so I got my meal in probably 10 min.
I tried another Japanese restaurant nearby in the past few weeks. Similar menu and taste. I personally prefer another one because the restaurant smells better and they didn’t give me the wrong order.

Read moreReally great whole in the wall spot. Food is affordable and the serving size is really good. I’d compare it to buying Japanese food in the provinces outside of Bangkok. Ate here twice and was satisfied each time. The lady serving the food is really nice and gives good recommendations. Personally all the curries were good and gyoza, fried potato and the karaage were solid.
Interior isn’t the best but it really reminds me of the small spots I’d run into when I was in Japan.
And if you were wondering, no stomach issues after eating here twice and same with my family.
