The location is very convenient, just 2 kilometers from the Pattaya bus station, 700 meters from Central Pattaya Mall, and 1 kilometer from Walking Street. It’s easily accessible from key areas.
Numerous restaurants, street food vendors, Beach Road, and Walking Street are all within walking distance from this stay.
The manager is friendly and fluent in English. The rooms are clean, with spacious beds. The shower is small, but functional, and the washroom is well-maintained.
Each day, you’ll receive 2 soaps, fresh towels, 2 shampoos, and your bed will be made while you’re out—rest assured, everything is safe. If you encounter any issues in your room, the manager will address them promptly. Note that after 9:00 pm, no staff will be available, so plan accordingly.
Check-in is from 12:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm. However, if there’s no rush for the rooms, they are flexible with timings.
The average cost is around 700 Baht per night for 2 persons/room, though discounts may be available through online booking platforms.
I would recommend this place for anyone seeking an affordable stay.

Read moreIf you want to be in the 'middle of it all', b/t Beach Rd and Second Rd, you would be hard pressed to do better than this place. For the record, I was not in a standard room, but an upgraded room which looked out over the street. This nicely updated room had a nice sized balcony, which I enjoyed while sipping my morning beverage. There is noise from the street, but being on the 4th floor, it wasn't a bother. When I came and went, I often chatted with Mass or Ari, who not only spoke English well, but were always pleasant. If you are not the 'bar' type, you can buy a beer (or whatever you drink of choice is) at the corner 7-11, and sit outside the hotel at one of the tables which looks at the street. I did this on two separate occasions, simply enjoying the night scene w/o the bother of bar girls and overly loud music. A final bonus I didn't expect was the TV had a few English speaking stations, not that I spent much time watching TV. I would def stay there again, b/c it has location, amenities, well kept, friendly...
Read moreOkay, honest assessment. Mind you, it was very cheap.
I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere more disgusting my life. The smell of sewerage from the drains is almost overpowering, the blankets, sheets have marks on them. There was leftovers in the fridge from previous people staying there. The shower is tiny, and the door was broken. Marks all over the walls, cobwebs everywhere. The back door is pointless as you walk outside into something resembling a rubbish dump. The front door is also broken, you have to be careful and make sure it’s fully shut otherwise anyone can come in.
The hotel itself is hard to find and it’s a pretty awkward environment.
I just don’t understand how if you run a business like this, you can allow it to be so terrible. Cheap price sure, but have some decency and standards. It’s clearly an Indian run place, and if this is how it is in India then you’re not selling your...
