Seedling House — Hotel in Pattaya City

I would not recommend this place. Please make sure to have proof of your booking and the number of people included. When we arrived, they claimed our booking was only for three people, even though we had booked for five. Thankfully, I had proof, so I avoided being overcharged.

The lady at the counter was very aggressive and unprofessional — please be cautious.

The room was just average, but the walls were in terrible condition, covered in yellow stains that were so unpleasant I felt like vomiting.

The bathroom was also poorly maintained. While taking a shower, the water leaked out all over the floor due to a faulty shower setup.

La gesthouse (?) si trova in una ottima posizione sulla second road proprio di fronte al Royal Garden plaza in un interno lo stesso del Royal Palace hotel.||Ho soggiornato in questa " house " per 3 notti in doppia. l' avevo scelto su booking.com ( molto in fretta a dir la verità ) solo vedendo le foto della camera che sembrava nuova.||In effetti la struttura aveva appena aperto e all'arrivo rilascia una buona impressione di freschezza.||La camera assegnatami ( la 8 ) però nonostante la " ristrutturazione " ?? già presentava qualche problemino.||A parte la finestra dell'edificio vicino che mi guarda dentro da circa 2/3 metri ma questo non è inusuale a Pattaya, c'era una piastrella nel pavimento dell'ingresso del bagno staccata che poteva causare cadute ( io comunque l'ho tolta ) lo scarico della doccia era semimunito (?) e quando si usava nel bagno si formava grande una pozza d'acqua.||Letto e cuscini comodi, il condizionatore invece era un po' troppo rumoroso cosi come lo era il frigo che quando doveva caricare era fastidiosissimo.||Altro difetto la mancanza alla testa del letto o di una lampada o un interrutore per spegnere la luce ||Il segnale wifi era buono ma non so giudicare se fosse dovuto al fatto che la struttura era semivuota percui lo stesso era praticamente tutto a mia disposizione.||No breakfast||Nonostante ciò per pigrizia ho chiesto alla manager ( bravissima e gentilissima ) nel caso avessi deciso di prolungare il soggiorno una riduzione del prezzo cosa che però il suo " boss " non permetteva pertanto ho deciso di cambiare, prima per il Privi Hotel ( prossima recensione ) e poi per il Punyapha ( idem ) ||Costo ( esagerato ) della camera 950 bath .... e siamo in bassa stagione per la stessa cifra si trovano sistemazioni di qualità nettamente superiore||Per...

We stayed there for a night with 3 senior citizens and a kid. The owner doesn’t have sense to talk!! She doesn’t have basic etiquette to talk to her customers. She made us cancel our booking from booking.com and forced us to book directly. Our kid was sleeping so we got late by 5 mins to check out, for which she charged us!!!!!
