Pinyo and his family are absolutely INCREDIBLE!||||Every morning, each of his family members would greet us with a warm smile, and offer to help us with anything we could potentially need. ||||The room itself is VERY nice, including a very powerful air conditioner and strong wifi. (We were able to watch NHL highlights no problem). The bed was very comfortable, and the toilet area was clean with good hot water pressure! There was always hot water and free tea/coffee in the lounge area as well! Location, room amenities and friendly owners / managers made it excellent value for money. First impression was clean and friendly with the request to leave shoes in front lobby / reception and offers of fruit on arrival and every morning. The room was large and clean, with plenty of hot water for our showers. Request to put toilet paper in bin beside toilet and not in toilet seemed strange but understandable and with the hose beside toilet and the clean, tiled and well drained bathroom, was no problem.||Walking distance to main bus terminal for cheap bus to Patong Beach for a day trip, (1 hour trip on the hour), and walking distance to numerous economical and good eating establishments in...
