Worst service I have ever received!

We entered the restaurant at 18:00 on 15th February. Nobody acknowledged us even though there was about 2 people inside the restaurant at the time and about 4 waitresses.

We sat down somewhere and decided what to order. About 10 minutes had passed, nobody came to take our order. We caught eye contact multiple times and raised our hands and yet we were still ignored.

I went to the counter to try and order, very confused at this point, when I got to the counter I was ignored for about 30 seconds until the rude lady said 'Sit down and collect your order at the table'.

I wish I had walked out at this point as it's just downhill from here.

We ordered 2 cokes, 1 ramen and 12 gyozas.

We had to call the waiter back again to request our cokes 20 minutes later because they still hadn't arrived.

The gyozas came out cold.

1 hour wait later and my ramen still hadn't arrived and all the chefs were sitting on the floor on their phones.

We asked the waiter and she looked very confused and said my Ramen wasn't coming.

She then had the audacity to try and charge us full price when we finally decided to leave without eating.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Hana Cafe Ramen Phuket! I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food and top-notch service. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and guiozas and they were simply amazing. The flavors were so rich and authentic - I felt like I was transported straight to Japan! The broth was perfectly seasoned and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The guiozas were some of the best I've ever had - filled with a flavorful pork filling. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, with beautiful Japanese-inspired decor and a friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent dining experience. The service was prompt, attentive, and extremely friendly - I truly felt like a valued guest.

I went to get two chicken ramen for me and my boyfriend and I can't say I am happy with the experience. We love ramen and eat it every week in different places and always had good experiences. The chicken served was just two very tiny meat balls with nerves, so it is not pleasant to chew. Likewise, the broth did not smell very pleasant. Halfway through the meal I started to feel very sick and after a few minutes I threw up. My boyfriend didn't vomit but he's not in a good mood either. Maybe this dish is not the best, and I believe they have good products, but something failed.
