I dropped by from 27 May 2023 to 31 May 2023 and below is my experience/review.
The main entrance door floor is higher than the door at some point. So do not pull the door outwards but inwards. Design failure can be fixed by just taking out some cements but it was ignored. Not even a warning sign. There's water filter for warm, cold and hot water beside the counter.
Aesthetically overall Muji design, clean and sleek but there are demerits (check out following review). You can find the place vis the green beetle parked in front but during nightime there's little to no streetlight.
Overall ceiling height is Asian-fit, approximately at 185cm you will need to bend your head from the lobby up to the lift and room.
There's only 1 lift, 7 floors. Per floor around 10 rooms, waiting time depends on the usage traffic (especially bad during check in/out hours). There's staircase but it's going around the lift. It's worse than an Asian-size as they put hotel amenities (toilet paper, dustbin bag, etc) in the very same staircase. Checkout my photo. There's only light on the area where they put the amenities, the other half is pure darkness. It's a total fire hazard as well, there's no fire extinguishers nor fire hose. Your only chance of survival is jumping out the window from the hallway.
You will notice the walls, floors and even ceilings have minor cracks and defects. This is due to renovation work being done very poorly. This is applicable from the counter front until your room. I didn't take pictures cause it'd be too much.
It's not a place for OCD people, like seriously it triggers the hell out of me. The floor tiles at one end are slanted and not aligned 90 degrees. It's like 60 degree in/out on walls and floors, applicable to the whole place. Probably the owner tries to squeeze as much possible space from the bought unit. Again, no picture required, you'll know what I'm talking about if you observe more.
Renovation was still happening when I got into the place at 230pm+. Like my literal room still completing renovation and cleaning. I waited til 3pm+ only I could get into the room due to the readiness being too last minute.
As for the rooms, the queen + single bedder room doesn't have windows, but there's shampoo in the bathroom. The bathroom sink holes don't have the best draining due to the flat floor. Normally you need a bit slant like 88-85 degrees towards the sink hole so water flows in one direction. Most of the light switches reverse on/off direction for my room, maybe due to renovation they rushed and didn't check it. Not sure about other rooms.
There's wifi for every floor, room cleaning service upon request (door tag), laundry service (payable) and driver service (payable).
Now, let me tell you the best part about this place. Walking distance to the famous pratunam parking. Heaven for the ladies. Various tuktuk service all around here. Just walk one/two corner out. 7-Eleven just behind here, super walking distance. The caveat again for this location. It is awful to get grabcar in/out as it is a hotspot. Traffic...
Read moreThe check-in staff failed to provide us with the basic amenities (e.g. toothbrushes, bedroom slippers, shower cap) at the counter when we checked in. We went up to the room, discovered that there were no toothbrushes and slippers, and had to go down to request. However when we observed other people checking in, they were provided such amenities without having to ask.
The room was small and basic. It looked nice in the photos but the reality is that the room badly needed some repairs (e.g. the power outlet next to my bed was falling apart, and the headboard was splitting/cracking). There were stains on the bedsheets.
The insulation of the room is very poor and not at all soundproof. We could hear our neighbours, their footsteps, the alarms from the electronic locks on their door going off due to poor contact, etc. The room is also windowless.
In the toilet, there was no soap provided next to the sink. If you wanted to wash your hands with soap, you would need to step into the shower area to grab the shower cream. No hair conditioner provided too. Toilet roll is very small and has an awkward placement on the wall. Also, the hair dryer is immovable and very weak. Only 3 hangers to hang clothes.
The practice of having to hang the "make up room" sign at the door hanger outside before leaving if you wanted your room cleaned is also unusual. All other hotels I have visited would at least still do the basic cleaning even if we did not specify that we wanted the room to be cleaned. We forgot to leave the door hanger at the door on one day and came back to a totally unmade room. We had to go through the trouble of requesting for more toilet paper, clean towels and more bottled water.
The road leading to the hotel, although just a short distance away from the main Phetchaburi road, is very narrow, quiet and very dark at night. I would not feel comfortable walking alone at night outside the hotel.
Overall, while it is not unusual to get what you paid for (as the hotel is very cheap), I find the service quite lacking and the room is badly in need of repairs. Would not recommend people...

We stayed here for 3D2N (group of 4 female travelers) and were shocked by the poor service for a hotel with such a big name.
On our first night, there was no water supply in our room. We couldn’t shower, freshen up or pray after a long day out. Even worse, when we called reception, nobody answered. We went down to the lobby to seek help but the staff on duty could not communicate in English and only said “technician has gone home – wait until tomorrow.” No alternative solutions were offered.
We asked for another room but were told it was “fully booked.” Only after making a fuss the next morning, we were given another room to shower – which was clearly unoccupied and clean (so why wasn’t it offered earlier?).
When we spoke to the manager about our experience and requested a refund or partial compensation, we were told “it’s a technical issue, no refund” and were asked to move back to our original room after water was restored. This wasted our time packing/unpacking unnecessarily.
What upset us most was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff. Not a single apology was given until the very last day – far too late as the damage was already done.
We understand technical problems can happen, but how a hotel handles them is what defines true service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed us. We will never return, and we advise future travelers to think twice...
