Bad experience ever, dirty room, late check in waited for 2hr+ and telling us is due to high occupancy even we arrived there around 2pm+, poor management/service, tuk tuk not always standby / available (certain timing) ~ laundry 15/10baht for detergent + 40baht for washing (1hr) + 40baht for dryer (

To Management of KLUB Hotel Bangkok, Please take this as an official complaint for the disappointing experience that my wife and I have encountered throughout our stay from 1 Dec - 4 Dec 2023.

Firstly, Shuttle Service as reflected on your website is non-existent as the driver that is in charge the shuttle service is not willing to fetch guests and staff at the reception has also asked us to take a tuk tuk out to Pratunam area instead of using the complimentary services by the hotel. Please note that we were out waiting at the lobby and the driver was just hanging around the hotel & chatting with reception staff. Seems like all hotel staff are helpless with this situation. How is this reasonable for us as hotel guests that were not able to enjoy the facilities due to the driver's attitude? I wonder how many other guests were treated like this too but I also note that there are many reviews here that did enjoy the buggy service, which we hope that we could have too! We are perfectly fine to take a tuk tuk out to our Pratunam shopping sites and just do not advertise this on the hotel booking sites to disappoint your guests.

Next, my friend has sent a package to the hotel with our names and room number labelled. However, upon receipt of the package, reception did not send them items up to our room OR even alert us that the package was received. I had to follow up with my friend multiple times thinking that the item was not delivered as I was checking out early morning on Monday. However, based on the delivery records, the package was already delivered on Saturday at 12.30pm! THE PACKAGE WAS SITTING IN THE RECEPTION STORE SINCE THEN. Disappointed that there was no ownership and responsibility as I have continuously checked with the reception staff if there were any deliveries received but always brushed off with 'Nothing received' until my last night when I stressed that the delivery had been received by hotel staff and please double & triple check.

Although there are no more remedial actions that we expect, we do appreciate the management of the hotel can look into the above matters seriously especially on the buggy shuttle service that is to be enjoyed by all of the...

10 “Grate value for the money with comfortable stay” Klub Hotel Is located at Convenient location near Pratunam Central world Phaya Thai Station and Rachathewi stations. What makes it exceptional is hotel provide drop off shuttle service to near by locations (4 points) around which makes it much comfortable and time saving. For budget travelers like me this was very convenient option. Hotel staff is very friendly welcoming pleasant. Made us feel welcomed every time we come in after tiring bangkok exploration. Hotel room was very clean tied and beda were so comfortable, which was blessing and mandatory after long walks . Room furniture was convenient space was optimized to provide us comfortable arrangement . Only one chair was provided per double room much better to provide two chairs in the future. One chair, closets hangar’s sleepers , towels (big & hand) , bath robe, tea cups(was inside the cupboard ) , glasses, Mini Refrigirator, long table (was very convenient ) 3 lampshades was provided in the room. Charging ports were available many places around the room but they were two pin sockets one 3pin socket was available next to the table. All around Thailand better to bring universal power adapters. Self Laundry service available, Need to insert coins to start the process ,can get 10 bath coins from reception 50Bath for washing 40bath for drying (we hada some rough cleaning so we used 40*2 to dry ) wait is 50minutes each machine each run .need to bring your own detergent.
