I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying here, and it was far from the pleasant Thai hospitality I had come to expect as the front office staffs at this hotel did not live up to this reputation.
My friends and I had booked a 5-day, 4-night stay in deluxe rooms with the expectation of spacious accommodations spanning 32m² each. However, our rooms were not only significantly smaller than those of our other friends but were also situated in noisy corners due to the air conditioner fan.
Our troubles began on the very first night when we approached the hotel staff requesting a room change. Disappointingly, they informed us that no rooms were available at that moment. We persevered and asked again the next morning, and this time, they agreed to accommodate our request. However, the room we received was even smaller than the initial one and still located in a noisy corner. We voiced our concerns, but we were told that no other rooms were available, and we couldn't return to our previous room as it had been supposedly occupied, although housekeeping confirmed it was still vacant.
We continued to complain about the room size and noise issue the following morning. The staff informed us that we had to check out by 10 AM, and it would be our final opportunity to change rooms. We packed once more and hoped for a room with the same spaciousness as our friends' accommodations. However, the promised room change never materialized, and we were forced to remain in the same cramped and noisy space.
Adding to our frustration, our room was not properly cleaned. Even when the next day one of our friends checked out and we requested to move to their room, the staff couldn't provide a definite answer, despite the room clearly being vacated.
In conclusion, my stay at Cubic Hotel Platinum was marred by unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncooperative staff. Their inability to address our concerns and provide us with the accommodations we had booked left us deeply disappointed. Not...

-the room passage way was too small and tiny and i had to tilt and jump sometimes to reach bed
-lockers were just so so tiny down the bed…while i managed to squeeze my bag in there after efforts…but some people had big suitcases leaving them in the tiny very narrow passageway and hindering my movements and reaching the bed.
-the bathroom was not on the same floor with the rooms so everytime i needed to shower or just wash my hands i had to use the elevator and wait so much time…
-they dont know any english so i dont understand why r u working in the reception?
-they always rudely refuse to help and act like they just dont know or because they dont speak english they wont care…i was so stressed and even i used translate they were humiliating me and pretend they r too busy to read it and care.
-while i asked for help in very essential things like laundry and delivery products but they make things worse.
-this whole area was dirty and u can find garbage everywhere in that street
-after i left some of my items reached the hotel, so i kindly asked them if they can give it back to the delivery guy so that i will be refunded….they said “this is not our problem, u can come here to collect it”….like bro to come from europe to collect this small item!! R u sane?! Handing the item back to the deliver guy costs almost no efforts…unless u have essential problems with human understanding and iq problems

Read moreI had so many unhappy and unsatisfied experience in my stay here.||||Firstly, upon check in I booked Cubic hotel pratunam but was somehow transfered to Spitze Hotel (happens to be in the same building) without any prior notification or explanation.||||Secondly, there was no refill of toilet tissue when the cleaner made up the room. I had to personally go to the lobby to request for more.||||Thirdly, I went to lobby to request for a late checkout which was agreed with the staff latest by 12.30pm. However just before 12 they called to my room requesting for a checkout at 12 very rudely. Where is your staff communication?||||and lastly the one I am.most furious is that your staff failed to inform me its a non smoking hotel. Only informed me its a non smoking room and said can smoke anywhere out of the room. So I had a few puffs at the balcony out of the room. And upon check out you claim the room has strong cigarette smell. And I had to oay a fine of 1000 baht as I had no more time to argue anymore.
