De Lavender Bangkok Hotel — Hotel in Thanon Phaya Thai Subdistrict

I booked 2 rooms although using different names but I indicated in the remarks for both booking mentioned want to have the same level together cos with elderly. When reached there they say different name so never notice but they reply that it was noted which I made the booking far way the date of check in. They recommended me to transfer to their Sista hotel Tori Crown told me is very near pratunam market. But is not. Need 6-10 mins walk for a healthy person. Mentioned everyday got buggy to bring us to the market but not. Say 3-10pm got such service end up can bluff me when 8pm charging but it is not till ard 10pm. The Lavender hotel toilet for suite is slightly bigger. But after putting the queen bed there is not much space for walking within the room. Towels will only be changed if the serviceman use make eye to see if it is dirty & not for hygiene purpose & most of the towels are torn. The room is also super small. The luggages also need to stack up in order to have more space. Basically not much walking space. it more like a motel or hostel than hotel. But the location is really very convenient this is the best part of the whole thing. Just beside the hotel is doing renovation therefore it very noisy during the day times that including Saturday. They will also off the lights at the lift which make the walkway dark. The price they charged are not worth for it! Beware those minerals bottle in the fridge are chargeable. I only get to know after coming back here to read the review. Didn’t manage to take a photo of the suite version used back the single bed room with window instead. I will never ever step in this hotel.we r big family with 3 toddler and we book 2 family room for 4d3n.when we reached at ard 9pm the front door staff told us that the room was under maintenance and need to separate us to 3 different floor common room (which is only can fix 2 pax and ask us to fix with 3 pax and small kid) for one night than transfer us to family room on the next day.Definaly we reject the offer and request for the refund on 1night due to the room is damn small and we r with toddler and we did offer to stay the day after which they can provide us the room we wanted.after arguemenr ard 30min and they did call the boss and they agree to refund back for one night .we quickly get a hotel near by and willing to pay more to get the room we want.the next day morning we check out our hotel and move all our luggage to this De lavender hotel cause we promise Than we will continue to stay when they can provide us family room,and we understand is to early and is not the check in time yet so we leave the baggage at the lobby and comfirm with the frontline staff that they will give us the family noon this afternoon,after that we start on our shopping trip.around 330 we went back to the hotel and think of check in let the 3 toddler rest who know the frontline staff was sunddenly refund all the money to us and ask us to go,Than I ask them why they say they cannot provide the room we need .i was very angry that on that morning I just comfirm again with them than I need to take all my luggage out again and find another hotel.i Wan very disappointed and angry with their service and attitude.lucky we can get a very good and nice hotel just a few step away the price was also...
