I just had the misfortune of discovering a piece of plastic in my paratha from this restaurant, and I cannot express how shocked I am. The fact that a restaurant can overlook such a basic hygiene protocol is unacceptable and indicates a lack of concern for the well-being of their customers. The presence of plastic in my meal has put me off from eating food for today let alone ordering from this establishment ever again. Giving 1star Bcz there is no lowest option available.

I ordered from Grab on 15/6. It took more than an hour to get the delivery, however the driver was waiting from 20 minutes to get the parcel.

I ordered a Vada Pav and Samosa Chat, does it takes an hour to make it ready ?

Moreover, after all this struggle I got the order with heaps of salt in vada. Things didn’t stop here - instead of samosa chat I got cholle (chick peas ).

So, basically I was starving before and now I have no option rather than ordering from a better professional place.

There's a guy called Anmol who attends to your requirements over there. I personally think, staff from 5 star hotels, and every fancy hotel, learn from him about what sevice actually means. He's the humblest and nicest person I've come across in a restaurant in my entire life. I'll go there again once in Bangkok, just to meet him. Regarding the food, we wouldn't have gone in if the owner hadn't called us, and I can honestly say that the food is so homely and comforting, that you feel like eating there all the time.
