i stayed for 4 nights with my sister for our spontaneus sis trip. the staffs are friendly, although they cant speaking or understanding english clearly. but they are trying to understanding english for us, and talking in english, so we will know what they mean. this hotel has spacious room you can put all the things you bought in the hotel, and clean room. the bathroom also good, they have a divider for shower and mirror. the bath room also clean. while you go on trip, and stay in the hotel, you need clean bathroom right (?) back to the bedroom. the bed room also clean, the bed is okay, not the perfect one like luxury bed, this is just medium comfy bed and im really okay, because it still comfortable. the hotel isnt haunted, it is really clean, and the vibes is very good. about sound proofing, hmm i dunno, yaaaa, i can hear the sound of car and anything from outside window. but... im still okay and no problem with that. this is budget hotel so what you can expect more ?? if you want the room with totally sound proofing, go to shangrila, or kempinski or any other luxury hotel. this hotel Pure Eleven is just hotel budget. so you cant expect more. the most important are clean room (bed and bath room) medium spacious room (as long as your shopping items can be placed in room) NOT HAUNTED (this is very important, cz a lot of hotels i found haunted, and really uncomfortable) at least staff still friendly and they have buggy car, it can drop off you at pratunam market, BTS phaya thai. you just need to do reservation.
i post the real pic of my messy room so you know the truth of the...
Read moreNothing special except the new hotel building. -The towel smelled so bad of chlorine that it stuck to my body. -The shower water is unstable, then fast, then slow, and the hot water is also unstable. -Breakfast doesn't have much variety and not tasty -The electric socket next to the bed didn't work. Aircon not cold, only slightly cool even though the temperature has been adjusted to the lowest temperature -The facial tissue ran out and was not refilled The staff who cleans the rooms never say hello or greet them when they meet them and have unfriendly faces. the room floor is dirty, if you don't wear sandals, the soles of your feet will definitely be dirty black
I compare all condition with the hotel behind Pure Eleven ,the name is Vin*e hotel , which has much better quality of service and facilities, for example -There are 4 bottles of drinking water and snacks every day in the room -The towels smell good Soap and shampoo are provided in large bottles so enough for 2 people . -Breakfast has lots of variety and is delicious. the room clean and smells good the staff who cleans the rooms polite & smiles. I get free photo with Traditional Thai custome Free Thai Massage for 1 hour if you stay for 4 day /3 night. Free Airport transfer
You have to fix all the min condition that have been mentioned if you want to compete with the better hotels behind you..... It's a shame that the hotel is new but the staff and facilities are not ready and are not all out in...

Rooms are really nice and clean overall. Spacious and nice design as well. Everything was decent and up to expectations including the service provided by the receptionist on most occassions.
One major issue was buggy service provided by the hotel. On a couple occassions, the two buggy driver (not sure of the name) were doing everything but sending off people in the buggy. There was a queue of ~3 groups and i had already waited for slightly more than 15mins. The two buggy drivers, funny enough, were doing the following:
one of them were just standing by the door and holding the door.
the other was walking around the lobby talking to the visitors checking out, giving snacks to kids, seemingly busy walking in circles.
When i confronted the receptionist, a middle aged lady in round spectacles, all she do is say "i don't know why they are not sending anyone".
No one knows what's going on! Neither do the receptionist nor the visitors! There's no communication and everyone is in their own world!
When we confronted the buggy drivers, all he said was "please wait a moment". Moment became another 15mins and we decided to just take the heat and walk the distance.
Quite a dissapointment. But that aside, i have full praises for the young man and woman that worked as the receptionist, which were both friendly, greenting with smiles, and...
