Livable is a unique name for a hotel. Perhaps translated to Thai it has a slightly different meaning? In any case, I think this hotel is a notch above livable. There were many things we liked, though there was one feature which my wife didn't quite fancy.

We got a room on the 3rd floor facing a park. At that height we were just about level with the tallest trees so the view was mostly leaves and less of park. Although the leaves did provide added privacy without us having to draw the curtains. The room is sizable. If we wanted to, we could leave open luggages on the floor and still have space to move about.

With a palette of white, beige and grey, the room's decor is easy on the eyes. But my wife wasn't paying attention to the decor. Instead wifey discovered the thing she didn't like - the shower and toilet are separated (à la what is commonly found in Japan). I'm ok with it, but wifey wasn't thrilled.

The shower's water pressure was also a tad low, though it was still ok to use and the water is hot enough. There's a nook inside the shower room where a glass shelf has been installed so you could put things. It is useful but watch out. The way the shelf is mounted, it will pivot if you push the front edge downwards and maybe crash onto the floor.

The king sized bed was comfy and clean, and two pillows were provided per person. We slept reasonably well. Usefully there are electrical outlets on one side of the bed and USB ports on the other. Oh and there's a ice cube tray, small details but so appreciated on hot days.

Breakfast was included in our room rate (630am to 1030am). The in-house restaurant with a huge snoopy is a cosy little setup. There are 12 types of mains on the menu (one diner pick one main). And there's also free flow bakes, fruits, cereals, coffee, juices etc. Quality and taste wise it was quite alright, mainly it's just a convenient and relaxing way for us to start the day.

If you drive there's sheltered parking (limited). We got around on foot without difficulty as Victory Monument Station is near. And if you're really not in the walking mood, the hotel has a environment friendly electric tuk tuk to bring guests to Victory Monument Station (I believe it's one-way only, but you can ask again). Along the alley there are mom & pop laundry shops. We sent our soiled clothings for wash in the morning and got them back by 2pm.

There's a "pool" (tank) which I think is more for posing than swimming, so don't pack your goggles. But I do think the owners are quite clever to install the pool rather than put up plants or sculptures. People come to stay, pose and post and it draws attention and maybe more business. It's certainly more costs effective than a full size pool...

I Love this hotel. The staff are very accomodating, polite, always smiling and always greets you. "Poppy", one of the receptionist is very sweet and nice to us. She has a very beautiful smile. I also like their guard, Watchara Mittapap, he is very good at his job and he is very helpful and accomodating to everyone, he helps with carrying your luggage, assisting traffic, going in and out your car. He wouldn't let you wait outside standing and will offer you a seat while waiting. He deserves a promotion for doing his job well done. I observed most of the staff at Livable Hotel are very nice people. Kudos for hiring such people. I also like the view of the hotel, the city view and it's very clean and everyday they always clean your room and replaces your towel and replenish your toiletries and water. The facilities of the hotel is very clean and smells good. Even the bed covers, pillows and blankets smells good. I also love the design of the room. 😊 I just didnt give a perfect score for the location because it's location is inside a small street but still a great location because everything is accessible there, malls, train, public transpo and restaurants and they have free tuktuk service going to the Victory monument too. I hope you can maintain this kind of service and maintain your rooms like that. Hoping that your hotel will have more rooms because when I recommend it to my friend it's always fully booked. Maybe because you have a great service. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.😊❤️ Will definitely come...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that I was highly impressed with their exceptional room hygiene and top-notch services. The moment I entered my room, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness. The linens were fresh, and every surface gleamed with spotlessness. It was evident that they take hygiene seriously, especially during these times.

The hotel staff also deserves commendation for their outstanding services. They were not only professional but also incredibly welcoming and attentive. Any request or inquiry I had was met with promptness and a genuine desire to make my stay comfortable. From room service to housekeeping, their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident.

Mr. Thun Pop khem na khab provides exceptional hotel services. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly remarkable. It's a pleasure to experience such top-notch service, making every stay a memorable one. Thank you, Mr. Thun Pop khem na khab, for your outstanding contributions to the hotel industry.

Overall, my stay here was not only enjoyable but also reassuring in terms of cleanliness and service quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and hygienic stay with exceptional service. I can't...

I stayed here for 3 nights 20-23 april 2023 Rooms are very big for this price Location good enough , about 400m to 711 and 800m to victory monument BTS Their room slipper very comfy The room smells good and clean The soap and shampoo smells good The air conditioner use new type of Daikin The view really nice, I got the park view and so amazing in the morning The front desk staff really fluent in english and really helpful, and beautiful too haha They also have vending machine for snacks outside the lobby Only 1 concern I experience for 3 nights stay here : the water heater doesn't work well, sometimes it changed the temparature itself, I switch to the left to heating the water but it's sometimes doesn't work and still cold. Overall, I highly recommended this hotel I also put my short video review at my tiktok page : @_valentinotvo
