Stayed here on 24th & 25th Jan with a group of 23 persons. Rooms are good , small but cozy with clean toilets. Rooms had sofa, Led TV, Mini Bar & Intercom but no door bell. Buffet breakfast was average with very few choice for vegetarians. For buffet breakfast the restaurant space was small and very congested. Buffet breakfast timing from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, but from 09:45 am staff removed the name plates and did not replenish the finished items. Staff seems to be rushing to complete their assignment before the cut off time. Staff at reception counter during day time was courteous but just opposite at evening & night time. Located one km walking distance from Pratunam and 4 Kms by Tuk Tuk due to one way, so better to stay at Pratunam area if you are shopping crazy.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF: We had a very unpleasant experience on 25th January night at dinner at their restaurant. Indian food was pathetic in quality and taste with very limited items. Though we paid more 50 bhatt per person then other Indian restaurants for the buffet. One waiter Mr. Paul was there to take care of us. At 9 pm sharp we two guys at table finishing the meals , Mr. Paul came and reminded that by 9:15 pm restaurant will close and in response we agreed. Again after five minuted he came and start shouting “ move move” showing his watch and pointing his finger to move out of restaurant. He was extremely rude and shouting as if we were beggars. It was so annoying that we left our plates very same moment. In Thailand we never met with such a rude behavior. Its good to maintain punctuality but it does not means to force people to complete meals before time when the was restaurant almost empty and no other group was waiting for dinner. Same thing he could have delivered in a more polite way. Even made complain to the Manager on duty but her response was very cold. Next morning we were very much surprised to see same dinner items were served in the buffet breakfast with...

Title: ⚠️Stolen my 600$ and Poor Response from Hotel manager and So called Owner.

Good part: One of the Front office boy was very nice during our stay. Thank you to him for his kind hospitality. However, For the first time in Life, I took my parents for vacation to celebrate my birthday. It was very special moment for me. But, this hotel ruined everything😭 I stayed in this hotel in Thailand and had a disappointing experience. During my visit, $600 was stolen from my room. I reported the incident to the hotel management, but they were initially unhelpful. It wasn't until I involved the police that they showed me the security camera footage, which revealed two cleaners entering my room without doing any actual cleaning.

When questioned by the police, the staff denied taking anything. I was deeply frustrated by this, as i clearly remember that i left my money in my room incase of any emergency needed.I believe that those who enjoy doing wrong things in life will eventually face their own consequences, and the housekeeper who stole my money from room, "Your life will never be good stealing others money & lying on the face".

Despite its affordability, I urge everyone to consider the safety issues at this hotel. My 10-day vacation was ruined in just 3 days because of this incident. If you choose this hotel, please think twice before you book this hotel. Worst hotel Ever. I wish i could Review a BIG 0000000 to...

I would have given it 3 stars, because the hotel is okayish. The rooms are a bit small and there's really nothing interesting when you look out the window. However, the staff were helpful - especially the ladies at the reception in the afternoons and evenings and the guy who guided us with our luggage. But there was this one guy in the morning when I checked out who was really rude. I had an early checkout before usual breakfast serving times of 6.30am, so I asked if it was possible to have early breakfast as it was already paid for in the package. The ladies had clearly explained to me on the previous day that if I didn't have time for breakfast, they could arrange to pack a lunch box to take away. But after I checked out and asked if breakfast would be ready in a while before I left, the rude guy said and I quote, "Hey mister, why are you asking me about the breakfast? Can't you see there's staff in the breakfast area? Go ask them." And then he started murmurring something in Thai which I didn't understand. For me, this one guy ruined my entire experience of Thailand. Even if he wasn't the right person to ask about breakfast, he could have said so in a polite way. I don't like to be yelled at when it's not even 6 in the morning. Given that he was one of the last person I talked to before leaving Thailand, that's the kind of memory I'm taking back with me - not really the...

My Family visited Thailand from 15th to 20th September 2023 and stayed 4N in 3 rooms at Seasons Siam Hotel. There were some good points and the bad points. We went there at 5.30 am on 16th morning and we got a great welcome by the receptionist Mrs Nittakan. She is more helpful and customer oriented lady. She extended her cooperation and kindness throughout our stay at Seasons Siam. Thanks, Mrs Nittakan for your kindness and cooperation. But the elderly receptionist who are wearing specs was very rude. She doesn’t know how to treat their customers. Please ensure the safety of customer’s stay. I realized one of our bath room glass door has removed from the hinges and I informed to Mrs Nittakan. She has taken immediate corrective action for that. If she has not taken the complain seriously it will be a death or fatal injury of one of their customer. I would like propose to have variety of foods based on the customer’s country. Indian food availability is not up to the guest’ expectation. Improve Indian food menus with more variety. Any way we thank your team for helping us during our stay.

Very well managed SHA+ hotel. Transport from airport with Toyota RSV. Chek-in was fast and PCR test was comfortable. Room was clean, nothing special but enough for rest after long flights. 1 big water and 2 instant coffe + breakfast on morning. My test certificate was ready same evening. If you want order food, then need to be fast: after 6 p. m. kitchen is closed and even phone is switched off till morning. Your can order online from 7/11 and hotel staff bring products to your's room, need to pay 50THB extra (about 1,5$). Then only option to get contacted is LINE app ( I installed it before trip). And do not forget Morchana app!

This hotel is mostly occupied by large tour groups from South Asia, so it’s always crowded. The breakfast was disappointing—during my two-night stay I only had some fruit on the first morning and skipped the dining hall altogether the next day. Rooms are quite small and feel cramped, with very basic amenities, the same goes for the bathroom. Constant traffic noise throughout the night made it hard to sleep. Overall, it feels more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel.
