During my recent stay at the hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the seamless combination of modern comfort, thoughtful service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my visit not only pleasant but also memorable, as the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or ensuring that my room remained spotless and well-stocked throughout the duration of my stay. The room itself offered a tranquil retreat from the bustling city outside, featuring a comfortable bed, tasteful décor, and essential amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom with a generous selection of toiletries, and a well-functioning air conditioning system that maintained a refreshing indoor climate even during the hottest parts of the day. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was another highlight, presenting a diverse range of both local and international dishes, from freshly baked pastries and seasonal fruits to savory regional specialties, all meticulously prepared and replenished with care, creating the perfect start to each morning. In addition to the impressive dining options, the hotel provided various leisure facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene rooftop pool, where guests could relax while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding skyline, which became especially captivating during sunset hours. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as occasional delays in room service and a slightly limited selection of English-language channels on the in-room television, my overall experience remained overwhelmingly positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully managed accommodation option in the area, as it manages to deliver both practical value and a touch of indulgence that elevates an ordinary stay into something distinctly enjoyable and...
Read moreI chose this hotel to stay here 3 days for my last trip in Thailand. The room is normal compared to the high price. u can hear some very noisy from the outside. The restaurant is not too special like they posted on the social media, i was had lunch there and nobody came to my table to ask how was my food, the staff was chatting while they had the customer in. "TOO NOISY" then i decided to ask to take away the food to my room by myself to have some quite moment. then i came to the coffee shop in this hotel to order ice latte and it been took 10-15 minutes later to get it. but i'm so disappointed when i took a sip with the latte coffee, how can they put the sugar in the coffee without asking the customers? that's not all of my problem. One of the important things that makes me really sad about the hotel is the security ( old man ), feel like they do the rasist to Asian people. I was asked if i can smoke outside of the hote ( in the polite way ) when the weather drizzling. Literally in front of the hotel, because I saw some european guests smoked lastnight there, but he said with the loud voice to his guest " the hotel has smoking area beside the hotel" and which is the weather is drizzle. How can i stand outside to smoke? I know that you have the smoking area but the weather is DRIZZLING and especially the smoking area don't have any cover on top for the raining weather to stand there to smoke. by the way the worth thing here is receptionist and housekeeping. i was lost my room key and i came to speak to the one receptionist who working by night shift around 1-2am. and he so helpful, he explained to me slowly and carefully to make me understood everything clearly. it took 300bath for the key but that is not a big deal because that was my fault to get lost the key. Housekeeping was very attentive and take care of the room. they came to the room every day to make sure you have a clean room and give you the water as well. how warm they are. big...

We were assigned room 512 upon arrival but switched to 409 due to lingering damp smell. Unfortunately room 409 suffers from another problem (more below) throughout our 5d/4n stay
Staff: Friendly, helpful and honest, we were grateful they recovered our phone accidentally left behind during breakfast
Location: Easy for public transport since tucked in between Victory Monument and Ratchapraporp train stations. Duty free, park, Pharmacy, 7-11 and Lotus Get Fresh close by. Night time food stalls as well (the som tum stall was decent) . ATMs nearby the convenience stores
