Booked this fairly new hotel through a package, and found it to be a wonderful decision!||Location wise, it is about 20 to 25 minutes by car from the Don Mueang Airport (that is of course if there was no traffic jam, which we were lucky not to have!) and a short walking distance away from the nearby St Louis BTS Station that links you to the other parts of town including the central Siam Station, and even all the way to Mo Chit Station, where the famous Chatuchak Market is located.||We arrived late almost 10pm but were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was really pleasant and all smiley. In fact, all of the ladies and the one guy we saw at Reception were ever so friendly and chatty! We were given our rooms almost immediately with our requests for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor were met without any hassle. ||The rooms were well appointed with a very comfortable king-sized bed, and the size of the room was also commendable. It was always welcoming to come back to after a long day of trudging around the city!||We didn't try the food in the restaurant and found the pool on the 8th floor to be "okay, not grand", but I guess fits the whole design of the building. (Anyways, we didn't use the pool at all)||There are a few local cafes and some restaurants within the vicinity of the hotel, namely the 'Pref' (a rather fancy restaurant) and the eye-candy 'Hidden Yard' to name a few. We also noticed there were at least 3 7eleven stores within less than 200 meters of each other near the hotel. ||As mentioned being so close to the BTS Station, it helped us to get to many places around town, even to the Saphan Pier where we could board the tourist boats (30Bahts each) to get to such attractions as the Wat Arun, Icon Siam and many more. But if you prefer to ride the TukTuk, Taxi or even the Motorcycle Taxis, there are plenty around to catch near the hotel. ||Overall we found the hotel to be a good base if you plan to visit the city. The main thing is the excellent and genuine hospitality by all the staff we had contact with from reception to housekeeping. ||Highly recommended for couples, families and even business travelers!||Only cons that I could perhaps mention is that |1. There is no direct email for us to contact the hotel prior to our stay as nothing is listed on their website|2. It would be helpful if the hotel could have some city maps available for their guests. Lucky for us, we were quite familiar with the city, and the staff too was quite helpful with giving instructions. |3. I did not get ANY of the staff names to mention here. So for all the staff who served us (a family of 6 taking up 3 rooms on the 6th floor for a week) YOU GUYS WERE...

Read moreOur stay at Best Western Click was excellent. We wanted to split our Bangkok stay at two different hotels and I am glad we chose this hotel to start our Bangkok stay. The hotel's location is great, it’s a few minutes’ walk from BTS, the street has everything you need. The hotel has a spaced-out lobby with a few front desk staff attending to the guests. Our room was spacious, well-lit and well designed with a very large bed. The breakfast was very good with fresh food and beverages. I do want to mention the professional and polite service we noticed by the staff of this hotel.
Front Desk: The front desk staff was very professional, polite, courteous and prompt with their work. Mr. Pond in particular was great. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful person, I had great conversation with him at the time of check-out. The entire front desk staff had a smile and greeted us with enthusiasm every time on our way in or out of the hotel. I believe these small gestures add to overall customer delight, and made us feel that we were really in Thailand, the land of smiles 😊
Housekeeping: Our room was cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. Spotless room every day made us feel comfortable when we returned to our room every evening.
Restaurant: The restaurant staff was very impressive. I do want to mention that everyone we saw at the restaurant was quick in greeting the guests and prompt with their service. Very helpful, brought all their guests freshly prepared egg and sausages of their choice, helped around in general and were thorough & professional in upkeeping of the restaurant. Their remarkable efforts should be recognized. Well done!
So, overall, an excellent stay. We will definitely consider Best Western Click again for our next...
