I do not recommend this place. The price of their service does not match the quality. You can get a much better massage service elsewhere in Bangkok with half the price.

I had a lympathic drainage session, but the massage therapist had limited knowledge about lympathic drainage. To me, it felt like an overpriced aromatherapy. The therapist puts too much pressure after I already requested to reduce the pressure. She also could not get the massage right. Normally a back massage feels relaxing, but with her, it felt like she was crushing my organs against my rib cage every time she touched me.

It was a painful instead of an indulgent experience for me. I was very disappointed. She put too much oil and it was stuck on my skin for the rest of the day (I went in the morning.) Other spas have more well-trained therapists who make you feel better after a massage.

Furthermore, the receptionists could have been more pleasant with more service mind.

The only positive thing I'd like to comment is that the venue had a nice Thai-style ambience with 4-5 parking...

This is the worst experience I hv ever been to Divana different branches, among over 10 times visits, all staffs service here need to be re-trained before re-join the front-line, include the front desk ladies, male staff, therapist…..

I purchased package for 3 hours, but the total service time includes changing clothes, took shower, finished the desert banana in room and dress up ….. it was only 2hr 55 mins, and the therapist was busy to do many preparations, cleaning job among the 3 hrs service time…the real massage time must less than 1 he and the scrubbing time must less than 15 min

And the front desk staffs were busy to summarise the credit card terminal when I arrived 17:55 and waiting to be off when I left around 21:37 on Apr 2, 2023

I purchased the shower gel after treatment like every time I did. The cashier lady skipped me the 10% discount offer while I realised this is the special offer for all customer just finished the treatment, no change from my 1st visit 8 years ago…..😒

Will not be back to this...
