This place doesn’t deserve 4 star hotel it’s maximum motel for 1 night. The staff which is only 5 people are very lazy and rude they have no manners.and if you’re not Turkish you’re not welcome here. The safe box doesn’t work and it’s not safe so I suggest you to take with you your documents and money. The metro station is 25-30 minutes away not 5.They doesn’t speak English.Always trying to fool you for example I asked for a normal glass to bring to my room because it’s only paper one but they brought me cup of coffee when I called the reception they said I should pay for it.But I told them I didn’t order coffee and I’m still waiting for a cup or glass. And the concierge/waitress/cleaning guy said I can have a free “massage” but there’s no spa.I think he meant not massage and it’s awful and disgusting for Muslim country.Istanbul is great city but if you don’t want to ruin your holidays please don’t stay here.I paid for 7days 500$ but it deserves only 50$ for the whole stay.If you don’t believe me just read the comments on the different apps you’ll see how they answered to true reviews they’re rude...
Read moreWe booked one twin and one double beds room for 5 nights starting on 30 March for 55 Euro (with breakfast) . Hotel is situated in a good area for a family, as around you are lots of shops , restaurants and Turkish style cafe . Less than 10 minutes walking distance to reach Jevaher (çivaher) shopping mall . |Hotel personnel are fairly welcoming and gentle. It’s a 4 star hotel of 2 years age . If I was the hotel manager maybe I would have paid more attention to maintenance and keeping the condition better. Breakfast is good serving from 07:30 to 10:00 , hotel atmosphere is very much like bead and breakfast hotels in London. Our double bed room was a bit small , but my children twin bed was ok . A good hairdryer is available, water pressure is good. Coffee, water bottle, soap and shampoo and an electric kettle are available with miserliness! . There is no toothbrush. It’s better to have your own slippers. Generally with 55 euro per night is quite a good hotel. With a taxi ride you can reach the historical places with in 30 minutes.|All the things which a tourist likes are...
Read moreDespite several bad reviews, this hotel really offers a great value and quality.||||Location: this is a family neighborhood, there are not tourists attractions around, but you can easily take an Uber for very cheap to bring you to the main touristic places. The big plus is you will not be harassed by the sellers in the restaurants, you will pay much less for food compared to the tourist areas and the quality is way better. There is public transportation just in front of the hotel, and metro by 10 min walking.||||Room: We stayed nearly a month in this place, meaning we felt comfortable with the room. Spacious, comfy bed, very good wifi. The toilet was very clean. Is true the carpets do not look very clean, it have some strains but nothing disgusting or unpleasant.AC worked perfectly.||Breakfast: you have all typical Turkish meal, including olives, cheese, bread, etc...||||The staff was very polite with us, not all of them could speak English, but in general, we could communicate with them.||||I highly recommend this place.
