In fact, Its not a Hotel It is rather a motel, ||No lobby, no reception, no public facilities except a balcony on rooftop with few small tables. In brief, Nothing to find outside your room except stairs to go up or down. ||Pros||V good locations, near to everything, except Metro Station, a bit far||Room size is good compared to similar.||Cons||- No Entrance, very small gate on the street, right after, a narrow stairs take you up 1 floor to a very small lift, 2 persons capacity.||Guests have to go up by stairs 1 floor at least.||- No reception desk or service, The whole staff are the owner who speaks little English, and a single youngman doing each and everything and doesnt speak or understand a single English word.||As the owner isnt available most of the time, no one to help or reply to any inquiries most of the time as well.||- No daily housekeeping, ||Although, I checked about constant house keeping before reservation and they replied assuring availability, The owner there said they cant provide It due to lack of resources, When I insisted, to fulfill their commitment, that was on the last 3 days of my stay, they did It for 2 days and skiped the 3rd.||- Housekeeping service even when provided, was below average, in terms of cleanliness, bed arrang.,.. etc. ||For example, If you left a table with food crumbs, When you comeback, you will find It as same. ||- Rooms are very noisy, too much noise comes from the street specially at night, and on weekends. ||- Room furniture are not in good condition and need to be renovated. ||- Rooms are very dark, no enough daylight through windows during the day, as well as at night, due to weak lightings. ||||On top of that,, ||- We loosed some clothes there, to be honest, can not acuse the guy who was cleaning, as we changed a room on 1st day,,, perhaps another guest. ||But anyway, its their responsibility to chechup and clean rooms between guests. ||||However, It is lost Inside the hotel||- Last but not least, our plan was at night, I Reserved 1 room on that last day, just to keep the luggage till night. ||On check out time that day, I asked about the owner to check if I can keep my second room for those few hours, instead of packing and move to reserved room - as he is the only one to communicate with, as said above-||He wasnt available, I sent him a message, he replied saying exactly, you should pay at least 1 room, then no problem. ||I left the Hotel for last day Shopping, When comeback to take my loggage, surprisingly found that Iam asked to pay also second room, I tried to explain to the owner that he himself sent me a confirmation message of paying only 1 room, but then, he couldn't understand English well 🙂, and strongly insisted that I should pay for the other!!!||As conclusion, I will not definitly repeate that experience again, and wouldnt recommend...

"No problem" - answered the owner.||||When we arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. we met only administrator (there's no reception in this hotel). According to his appearance that guy just woke up. The only english word that he knew was "ok". "We have a reservation of a double room" - "ok". "How can we check in" - "ok"...||Then this guy gave us his mobile phone to speak to his cousin (the owner of the hotel). The owner told us that there are no free rooms in the hotel ("national holidays" - he explained, but why had he confirmed our early check in? nobody knows).||After 15 minutes (!) talk (the owner is also not really strong in English), the administrator took us to another apartment - 10 minutes walking from the hotel. No one apologized and no one helped us with our luggage.||When we arrived at that apartment the administrator said "cash" (wow! he knows even 2 English words). And once again - phone call to the owner, who was trying to explain that we shall pay BOTH for the hotel AND that new apartment (by the way, that new apartment reception doesn't accept cards - only cash).||So we just had to leave this apartment and to spent our time in a cafe waiting for our flight.||||P. S. if you finally have read this review and still want to book a room this hotel, please, pay attention to the fact that this hotel doesn't have a reception, stuff doesn't know English and while entering the hotel you have to climb up extremely high staircase (there is no elevator on the ground floor).
