Very bad experience, bad location and service too. Rooms doesn't even deserve a star as a hostel. Humidity and dripping ceiling. I told the reservation that I have a baby, and the hotel did’t bother to accommodate the case. They gave me a dirty room. The smell of cigarettes in room is unbearable. The room was nothing like what I saw in the pictures, when I inquired about this. They told me that the reservation was for a regular room and not like the room in the pictures, and they did didn’t bother to change the room and refused to compensate me. I also blame Booking for this because they contribute to scamming people through this platform.
