Beethoven Hotel & Suite — Hotel in Fatih

Cheating from A to Z. We booked a Deluxe room for 3 nights. At arrival they gave us a small room with view on the canalization and only on our intervention we got a normal room for the other two nights. Rooms are smaller than announced on booking platforms, everything newly refurbished, but not even a place to put your laptop and suitcase, only 5th floor has view. Breakfast of lousy quality, not even orange jus or anything fresh. They insisted on organizing the transfer to the airport promising a luxury Mercedes and high security. At the end there came a 20 yr old VW bus and the driver failed to make accidents do to his mobile chat. One of the staff is friendly but it doesn't recompense the bad...

My wife and I stayed four nights in The Beethoven Hotel in mid July. I was well pleased with everything. It is only a short walk from the Metro and there are numerous restaurants and shops in the area around the University. A couple of main roads are nearby. Our only issue was totally beyond the control of the hotel. It was a holiday weekend and there was a lot of noise late at night from neighbouring bars and at one point there was a drummer in the street below accompanying his dad who was playing a horn! I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, even rude at times. The room was very small and uncomfortable, and in the middle of summer, the air conditioner wasn’t working — it was unbearable. At night, there was a lot of noise, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Sometimes there was no water in the shower, and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work either. The food was terrible and completely inedible. I deeply regret choosing this hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Номер был очень маленьким и неудобным, кондиционер не работал, несмотря на летнюю жару — находиться в комнате было невозможно. По ночам было очень шумно, невозможно было выспаться. Иногда не было воды в душе, а холодильник в номере тоже не работал. Еда была ужасной и совершенно несъедобной. Очень жалею, что выбрал этот отель. Если вы планируете поездку в Стамбул — поищите другой, более достойный вариант.

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Desde mi llegada, el personal de recepción fue frío y grosero. La habitación era muy pequeña e incómoda, y en pleno verano el aire acondicionado no funcionaba — fue insoportable. Por la noche había mucho ruido, imposible dormir bien. A veces no había agua en la ducha, y el refrigerador de la habitación tampoco funcionaba. La comida era horrible e incomible. Me arrepiento mucho de haber elegido este hotel. Si vas a Estambul, busca otra opción mejor.
