Hotel Linda — Hotel in Fatih

We went in Isntabul for a couple days for shoping and visiting arround the centre, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and so on. After I looked over the internet, we said this hotel Linda could be perfect for couple nights.||And it was, but not for more than 2 max 3 nights. Why ? Because the place has advantages and disadvantages.. First, it is located very close to the old you might need. Shops, restaurants, Bayazid Grand Bazar, 15 min from Blue Mosque walking.. They have breakfast included.. Not so rich but I think enough. The place for breakfast its situated la last floor of the building whict is 7th floor. ||But the view from here its awesome..Youll see if you go there. About the disadvantages is the fact that the rooms are so small, and bathroom as well. Yes, I know its the turkish way but...is so small. If you are more than 1,80 tall, you might have some problems in bathroom and bad..||In Istanbul are so many hotels, even on our street was i thing another 3-4, door 2 door.||Anuway,like I said 1st, could be an okay place to stay for 2 nights in transint, but no more..||||Happy...

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.||||The room was very small, for someone my height it was pretty tight. There was no room for luggage and nowhere to put our belongings.||There is no safe in the room.||||The cleaners did not clean the room for 2 days, knocked on our door on the morning of January 1 and woke us up (and never came back to clean).||||This is the worst thing that happened and I hope people read this before you make a reservation: ||In the reception they persistently demanded that we pay in cash. I did not have cash because my bag with all my belongings, money and documents was stolen. And jet they asked every time they saw us that we pay in cash.||When we were supposed to leave the hotel and go to the airport they asked for cash again. ||When we said for the tenth time we did not have it, they charged us three separate bank payment transactions instead of just one (with the credit card), and charged approximately 20 EUR more for our stay than we should have paid.||||AN COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT to pay more than it was stated on our...

За две недели, мы писали, и спрашивали у них, куда выходят окна и нам нужен вид на море. Нам они, ничего не ответили. За неделю до приезда, муж им звонил и они все подтвердили и сказали, что нас будут встречать в аэропорту. И трансфер у нас заказан. Когда мы прилетели, нас никто не встретил и нам пришлось искать такси. То, что они пишут, что говорят на русском языке- это ложь. Не понятно зачем надо было обманывать.Отель расположен в старом городе в райне Фитах. Очень удобно расположен, все в шаговой доступности. Рядом Гранд Базар, Ай София, Голубая Мечеть. Сама гостиница маленькая, мы жили на шестом этаже, с видом на Босфор. На крыше мы завтракали. Завтраки были все одинаковые, ничего нового. В начале завтрак по расписанию был с 07.00- 10.00, но потом через несколько дней график изменился и стал с 07.30-10.00. Мне такое изменение не понравилось, поскольку в начале, как мы поняли завтракал обслуживаюший персонал, а потом уже постояльцы гостиницы. И горячее было холодное ( омлет и сосиски). Не знаю по какой причине у них плохо работает разогрев. За день до отъезда, на ресепшене нам сказали расплатиться за гостиницу, и администратор начал спрашивать, как мы будем расплачиваться( доллар, евро, лиры). Мы были очень удивлены, поскольку, гостиницу мы заказывали через БукинКом и сразу при бронироваии у нас на карте блокируются деньги. Когда мы администратору сказали, что наши деньги заблокированы администратор был очень удивлены, но потом уже в двоём они разобрались. Мне такие действия показались очень странными. Утром когда мы здали ключь на ресепшен, и попросили вызвать такси, админитратор попросил нас подождать 30 минут. Нам было не понятно. Причем время было 06.00 утра. Почему не сразу было подано такси для меня...
