ERCİYES HOTEL — Hotel in Fatih

Very dirty. Cold, windows don't close well. Wind. Water is pouring from the roof. Paid for 5 days, could not stay more than 2 days. Horror. the worst place in the world. A branch of hell on earth. Vacation ruined. I didn't mix up the hotel, that's exactly it. The owners are lying to you. Money is not returned and booking does not confirm that you have settled. If I was able to give 0, I would give it. NEVER book this place to stay in Istanbul. There is no hygiene, there is no comfort, there is no service. Pictures on Booking and real life are two different worlds. They fool people and Booking by giving wrong pictures of the room. Refer to mine. Bathroom was so dirty that makes you feel bad and vomit. Thank God, I spent only one night there but anyways...

Normalde bu otele 1 verirdim ama.. Otele girerken ilgilenen aksanı düzgün olmayan sanırım mülteci arkadaş, yattığı yerden, harbi yattığı yerden elinde sigara lobi önüne yatmış girişler 13'00 dedi uykusuna devam etti.. Direk rezervasyon yaptığım siteyi aradım 'paramı geri verin ben bu otelde kalmam dedim.. Donuecez size dediler. Malum dönen olmadı.' neyse saat 13'00 oldu aksanı düzgün olmayan arkadas.......... ile anlaşmayı kapattım size oda yok demez mi. 2 gün once otel sahibini aradım mail geldi odanız hazır dedi arkadaş diyince.. Pardon odanız hazır dedi bu arada asıl otel sahibi babaları ile sohbet ettik. Amcam sağlam esnaf gönlümüzü aldı. 'şimdi otele girer iken gördüğüm manzara, Tüm otelde kalan garibanlar oturmuş yemek yiyor. Afiyet olsun.' hoşuma gitti.. Sanırım birinin doğum günü. Bu arada ıstanbulda Erciyes Otel diyince 3 tsne otel var. Başka bir otelin yorumunu okuyup tuttuk... Tayland Vietnam Kamboçya çok otelde kaldım ama en pis halısı olan otel burası.
