Hotel is nice location and manager as well as 1 female employee from front desk people were nice. However, one guy that works overnight Mert Aydin, is a thief. He called a cab for us for 2am pickup, and told us to give him 600 Turkish money or no cab. So when we got to the airport, the cab driver stated he was paid only 200 Turkish money and tried to charge us more money. We refused to pay and told him to call the police. Cab driver showed us the money and kept calling his friend at the hotel: however, we were scammed because we found out that it is 300 max to IST airport from the hotel. The hotel staff refused to give us more than 1 key: and refused to give us toilet paper or towels unless they saw we did not have it. We asked for a cab to airport and he said he will call for us and charged us 600 Turkish money. However, when the cab took us to IST airport, he told us we owe additional 100 Turkish money.
