Humiliating and Unjust Accusations.. Ruined My Trip My friend and I visited this restaurant two weeks ago, and what was meant to be a pleasant dining experience turned into a deeply upsetting and humiliating incident. While the restaurant's ambiance initially seemed promising, the behavior of the manager completely overshadowed any positives. We were engaged in a casual conversation with another guest when the manager abruptly approached us. Without any attempt to understand the context of our conversation, he immediately accused us of inappropriate behavior, suggesting we were disturbing other patrons and violating the supposed "family atmosphere." These accusations were entirely unfounded. We were simply having a friendly chat. Despite our efforts to explain that we were just talking to another guest, the manager refused to listen. making comments that implied we were behaving disrespectful I was incredibly embarrassed and humiliated by his public accusations, especially as they were completely untrue. His behavior was so upsetting that I was left in tears and unable to eat the meal I had ordered. What was most shocking was the manager's complete lack of empathy. Even when he saw that I was visibly distressed and crying , he offered no apology or attempt to understand our perspective. He simply dismissed us, leaving us feeling humiliated and unjustly treated. This incident completely ruined my evening and cast a shadow over my entire trip to Turkey. The manager's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior created a hostile environment and turned what should have been a relaxing meal into a deeply upsetting experience. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beyet Halep or Bait Halab, a Syrian restaurant located in Istanbul, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home.

The menu was filled with an amazing array of authentic Syrian dishes, each one more delicious than the last. From the tender kebabs to the flavorful falafel, every dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations.

The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu or make recommendations based on my preferences. And the ambiance of the restaurant was just perfect - a cozy and intimate space that was both inviting and comfortable.

After entering i asked please i want someone who speaks English they said yeah sure no problem.

I ordered zinger burger menu and half grill chicken with plate of rice or pilao but no Mandi he said okay no problem.

He bring chicken Fried strips menu i returned and told him please bring zinger burger Menu then he bring it and furthermore he bring Full chicken Mandi what i actually didn’t ordered i said what’re you doing that’s not our order. i order half and its full we’re 2 adult and kid he replied i told in kitchen but they said no half only full sorry brother i can’t. I said why don’t you told me before about it so i could change it with other thing.

He started pretending sorry no english you can take with you i will pack it all i then he bring 700 lira bill which is for me just 23€
