FLY HOTEL — Hotel in Fatih

This hotel is very very very very dirty, the worst I've seen in my life. Rooms are like nothing to what pictures show in the website (misleading people, common problem in Istanbul, hotels is the very BAD image of the city). Our room, was so horrible, at nights I noticed bed insects (not sure if it's the right word). The walls were so dirty, it make me such even ti touch them. Bedsheets in the end, like someone was playing with scissors and had cut them in the bottom. Room cleaning service, only every 3d day but after requesting. Breakfast, horrible too, no meat or ham or anything, just a salami, just boiled egg with other tasteless things. The guys in the service were very nice abs helpful, but the hotel should be taken down abs rebuild or get a full refurbishment. The hotel itself is a shame to call it a hotel, more like a trawl or place to keep horses, but even animals live in a cleaner...

Do not ever get a room on the ground floor. There's a club next to the hotel and it's impossible to sleep due to the horrible noise. It's like the walls are made of paper. The overall hygiene is poor, especially in the bathrooms.There was a mouse in one of the rooms, bugs also. Breakfast was fine, though. Personnel is helpful if you're insistent. Location is convenient and close to public transport stations. If safety and comfort are your priority - this isn't quite the area. Price is good for a budget travel, but for the same amount of money you can find more...
