Cedrus Suites — Hotel in Kaş

I'll try to make it quick and honest.

We got the owner contacts through a friend in January. Fatih as been very helpful and arrange us a pick up at the airport of Antalya for 40 euros to Kas and rented us a little cosy flat with a sea view monthly for 380 euros per months including cleaning once week.

Except for the cleaning once week that wasn't well arranged at all, we needed to chase them each time everything goes well on the first month.

Second month I was personally worried about owners in Kas increased they rent. As we are little fam, my partner, newborn baby and I, so I wanted to make sure that they'll let us know sometime before the end of the month of the amount that they would want. I've kept on asking 3 times about it, no answers would have been made from Fatih until I ask him a fourth time and then it would get back to me few days, exactly 7 days before the end of month that the price would be now 600 euros. I can honestly say that this is unfriendly and unprofessional at all ! Knowing that we have a 4 month old baby and alors of stuff to carry around !

But then this isn't over, we had a deal of 380 euros per months, but then on the first transfer made by me of 380 euros he got charged 15 euros. Why ? No clue. Never personally happened to me. But obviously I had to pay for it, so on our second payment I've added 15 euros to 380 euros. A week before we leave Fatih is reclaiming 15 euros out of it as the Lira rate wasn't appropriate to what he wanted which again he never mentioned that this month he would want to pay to a different currency !

Our experience wasn't terrible at all, but I found that they will only be happy and helpful when money...

Everything you need to relax in this beautiful town! There is a small kitchen with enough pots and pans to cook a meal. A small fridge to keep the beer cold and a washing machine to catch up on laundry. All the cleaning products are on hand to wash clothes, soap and sponges to wash dishes. Lovely firm bed and luxurious rain shower with plenty of hot water. The location is close to the harbour and the quaintest shopping lane selling sandals, jewellery and clothes. Just a little walk up a hill, 5 minutes. The balcony has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and watch the sun set. Fully air conditioned and a full size flat screen tv. WiFi on site too. Three supermarkets close by and of course many restaurants to...

The hotel is located before the start of a steep climb, is in an average position between the city and hotels on a hill. It takes 10 minutes to get up from the city, you get used to it quickly. Other variants of this price category were on much steeper elevations. The room was nice, each room has air conditioning, good sound insulation, which was convenient for work calls. There were problems with the Internet, so we went to work in a coworking. The owner quickly adjusted something, the quality of the Internet became much better, but the calls were still carried out from the mobile Internet. Overall, a very good option.
