Where do I even begin?! Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC! So much so that I left to go to another destination (Fethiye) and turned around and came BACK after only a few days away.
LOCATION: Perfect!!! 5 min. Walk to town, so it’s nice & quiet. It is basically ocean front (separated from its dock/ocean by a road) & the views are amazing! It’s a 15 min walk to the nearest beach, but I never really wanted to leave the dock (Medusa Beach Club).
ROOMS: I have stayed in both a standard room and family suite, both of which are very well equipped, very clean, comfortable, updated & have balconies w/ 2 chairs & table.
PROPERTY: Everything you could need! Pool, Dining space, terraces, “Medusa Beach Club”/docks & strong WiFi in all locations. My only warning would be that there are many stairs, so if you have mobility issues it might pose a problem for you.
BREAKFAST: The only thing better than this extensive TURKISH breakfast buffet is the views in which you dine. The upper deck views are INCREDIBLE, but even from the pool deck & dining room you’re still looking over the water at every table.
STAFF: I saved the best for last. These people are an absolute delight & really made my stay special. Part of my stay was with a friend who had had a birthday & they surprised us with a whole cake & bottle of wine in our room!! So so thoughtful & kind! Big shout out to Yüksel, Hosan, Seri & Dima for taking such good care of me. The owner is also on property often & such a nice...
Read moreAvoid. The staffs at the restaurant and carrying the baggage were friendly. And the sea view was good. But I am sure that you can find them in other hotels.
That's what happened to us.
19:00 We contacted them that we will arrive at 19:30
19:40 We arrived at the hotel, and was told that there are only 5 rooms for us(we booked 6 superior rooms). They INSISTED THAT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE BOOKING of 6th room(booked from their website)
20:30. I have rushed out for looking for one more room in other hotel(Hera hotel, seems much better)
20:40 I came back, they finally reluctantly gave us an free room
Second day morning, they CHARGED US THE ROOM with credit card which they told us THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR BOOKING!!!
And then I had to argue with them again for the money back( the balance between two different kind of room, not for a free room they promised). They even didn't say one word sorry.
I know things could happen, but instead of looking for solution, they(especially one who were extremely rude staff) focused on whom to blame. Everyone has stood on the street for almost one hour(19:40 to 20:30). And THEY MUST HAVE OUR BOOKING, OR HOW THEY COULD CHARGE US THE ROOM FEE.
Avoid this hotel. If something goes wrong, it's likely that they will looking for someone (likely the customer) to blame, instead of doing the...
Read moreExceeded our expectations! The hotel was still for sale during our visit but you couldn’t tell. Hotel parking is available on both sides of the street in front. Easy walking distance to everything in Kaş without having to climb the steep incline that the town is built on! Standards are high, the staff are friendly, helpful & terribly hardworking. Our room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean with daily turnover, spacious and quiet. The ac worked excellent and cooled down quickly as it’s off once your key card leaves the room. The mini bar was well stocked if needed. Free bottled water refreshed daily. Comfortable beds & pillows. New looking bathrooms. Side sea view was lovely and two balconies to dry your clothing. Hotel is warm between floors but the steps aren’t difficult to each floor and landing. An outdoor elevator gets you to the hotel’s 2nd level for rooms. Lockers for valuables are available to rent. Breakfast was a large spread of choice with a fantastic view of the sea! Grab a towel provided by the beach club & save your spot for later. The Medusa beach has the best view as the platform is further over the water than its neigh it’s. A great menu available for drinks/ food. The most comfortable “beach” vaca we’ve had yet & 1st time we weren’t ready...
