I stayed at the Bonnie City hotel at the start of May this year. The reception staff were friendly on arrival. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. The walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear every toilet flush, tap running and shower taken by every guest in the hotel. The linens were clean, but the room was filthy. Marks all over the walls, some which looked like blood. Taps not cleaned. Shower area filthy. The location of the hotel is terrible. Down a side street next to an abandoned lot which was full of rubbish. Feels very unsafe when walking here at night. There are a flock of roosters that stay in the lot and do their thing at 4am every morning! The breakfast in the hotel is borderline inedible. Luckily they had boiled eggs and bread (no butter though). Coffee is an additional fee along with fruit juice and anything else apart from water and tea. During my stay there was renovation works in the joining room. This went on ALL DAY. This was raised with the front desk and no concessions made. Was just told this would end at 5pm! This was a low cost hotel, however, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. There are much nicer hotels in Antalya for a similar price. Also, don’t be fooled by the comments and feedback from the hotel. No changes are made in response to bad reviews. I requested a refund for one night of my stay due to the renovation works and this was rejected outright by the hotel! So good luck getting your money back if you have...

The hotel is based in the city centre. The wifi was not too bad. Cleaned at the main entrance and smell nice. They can help you to book an attraction, or arrange for transfer to or from Airport. The receptionist nice and very polite. Good air condition in the room. There is a lift.|The breakfast buffet was so boring every day the same , did not provide you a coffee or juice as you have to pay separately, |Booked 8 night to this Hotel, My room 320 located on the 2nd floor, the shower head was licking , the water from the shower cabin was also licking as I had my shower into the bathroom going under the sink, ( I had reported this on my first day but they wasn't interesting) the walls are very thin as I can listen to my neighbour room he's conversation also the sound when received message on his mobile, behind the mirror in the bathroom is an electrical cable hanging without any protection, the soap liquid from dispenser was missing or wasn't working , the toilet paper didn't had any support to attached, the room has not a safe box to keep your valuable item, the bed has not duvet to cover when you sleep is only very this blanket, as I was feeling so cold in the morning and in general struggle to sleep because of this, they don't clean your room if you don't put the sign attached by the door (please clean my room) I don't think they have a hoover as my room carpet wasn't that clean, their English is not that good. In one word I was very dissapointed and the Hotel needs...

I was planning to write a good review and give a high rating, but the check-out experience ruined my impression of the hotel. When booking, I mentioned a request to decorate the room for honeymooners if possible. I knew that usually hotels offer such a service. The hotel responded that they would do what they could. As a result, the room was indeed decorated upon check-in, and overall, our stay at the hotel went well. However, upon check-out, I was asked to pay €50 for the room decoration. This is very expensive, even more than a whole night’s stay in the room. I was shocked. The hotel gave no prior notification that the room decoration would be a paid service. In the end, I only paid €25, which is still quite a lot, and it really spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. Overall, I can recommend the hotel. It is brand new, and the reception staff try to help with cleaning issues. The breakfast included in the rate is quite good. Nevertheless, I was disappointed that I was charged without prior notice for a paid service.
