Pop Art Hostel — Hotel in Lviv Urban Hromada

Cute hostel with pop art decor. Only misses a common place for people to hang out.. (we had to hang in the kitchen.. and also we couldnt do any noise, because it was near the room's door). I stayed in the shared room.. basically it has two rooms for 8 people (4 beliches in each) and the rooms are connected. And it only has 2 toilets for 14 people and a shower.. i was lucky because our schedules didnt match with the people that was there.. and also because in the first day the room wasnt full. The only thing that bothered me, was the fact that people in the morning would left the room's door open, and we could basically hear all the noise from shower and hairdryer.. after 10am, it became...

We booked several rooms in that hostel (and also a couple more) for a student's trip. All the accommodation was to be managed by Pop Art personnel. Unfortunately, it came about as a total disaster. There were less space than had been agreed while booking. Also, some of our participants were located in rooms with strangers! Those without place had to go to completely different hostels only to discover that they were about to be located in staff rooms. We lost a whole day arguing with a manager about that unacceptable situation. The conditions also render the price...

Враження про даний хостел не дуже. На рецепшені у них відзнака 9 від букінгу, але певно це було колись, бо зараз це далеко від істини. Хостел знаходиться в центрі, що звичайно зручно. Але знайти буде не просто: вивіски, вказівок немає. Вам просто відчинять непримітні двері одного з під‘їздів старого будинку. У нас була окрема двохмісна кімната. Чиста. Ліжко не зручне, дуже прогинається, подушки теж не зручні. Є один туалет і туалет+душ. Ніби вистачає, великої черги не було. Але дуже брудні. На кухні бардак. За чистотою не слідкують. Весь посуд зранку був в раковині, прийшлось собі шукати самому з чого випити чаю. Писали що є безкоштовний чай, але я так і його не побачила. Адміністратору стало вночі зле, тому зранку був хаос. Не зрозуміло де персонал, а де мешканці. Хто більше «в темі», то й вирішував справи і відповідав на питання. Навіть нам довелось брати роль перекладача для іноземного туриста, який прийшов забирати кошти. Ви б бачили його обличчя! Адміністратора немає, лише п‘ять якихось осіб, які щось намагаються йому пояснити. Інтернету за два дні так і не було. За дверима все чутно, добре що вдень нас не було, а вночі...
