Updated Review:
Almost three months have flown by since my initial review. During this time, I've become a regular at the restaurant, indulging in nearly every dish on the menu. Much like the iconic theme song from the 80s hit TV show The Cheers, "Where Everybody Knows Your Name," I feel like I have my own theme song at Casavill. It's not just about the food; the laid-back atmosphere and the consistently friendly staff make it a place "where everybody knows my name."
However, I recently realized the need to cut back on dining out as my weight crept upward, a sight I wasn't thrilled about. After a twenty-day hiatus, I couldn't resist the urge to revisit and see if anything had changed since my last visit. Stepping into the familiar surroundings on a Wednesday night, I ordered an array of dishes to catch up on what I had missed. The food was still delicious, though the atmosphere seemed to have evolved. Every table was occupied, representing a diverse array of nationalities. It's a testament to the restaurant's reputation that it draws in such a crowd. Once again, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Is this a typical all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant? Or is this a place where you spend a questionable price to experience authentic Korean cuisine? Neither of the above.
I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered from the à la carte menu. The prices are reasonable when compared to other Korean restaurants, where "green bottled" beverages are served.
I noticed many Koreans dining here on a Monday night, and it was clear why. I didn't mean to eavesdrop on other fellow diners, but I couldn't help but notice the adjacent Korean customers who were also savoring the food.
They don't cut corners when serving food. This place might not be everyone's preference, but I recommend giving it a try if you want to experience authentic...
Read moreThis is our family's second time coming here, and five incidents have occurred that make me not want to come to this restaurant again.
When serving the dishes, they spilled rice on my two-year-old child. Luckily, it was just rice, but what if it had been hot soup? After all the dishes were served, there were no bowls. We had to call the waiter to get bowls. Isn't this supposed to be basic service? We clearly informed them that none of the dishes should contain chili because they were for the child, but they still added chili to all of them. This happened during our first visit as well. This time, I didn't ask them to remake the dishes and just endured it. Since all the dishes were too spicy for the child, we ordered fried chicken wings separately. After a while, they first came to confirm if the portion size was okay, and we said it was fine. Then, ten minutes later, they came back to tell us they were out of chicken wings. It was extremely frustrating. In the end, we just let the child eat some rice and left. Throughout the meal, they kept speaking to us in Korean first, and we had to tell them each time that we don’t speak Korean.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have to comment on this place to give a heads-up to friends who might want...
