We came right at the indicated opening time but they still made us wait around 20 minutes before letting us in. We bought tickets in advance, but turns out you still have to line up at the ticket counter anyway with everybody so they can issue a physical ticket, so that was zero time saved.

With regard to the actual place, the glass walk is nice, but the slide was not. It was a 2-second slide and your companion cannot take a video of it from the lower side (only from the upper floor so they will only get your back). I guess this is so they can sell you the photos they take which are not even good.

All the promotional videos and pictures they show are taken by the slide on the landing area, but it turns out you cannot even go there. Even if you pay for the slide, you cannot stay even just a second after sliding to take a selfie, they will shoo you away. So forget about taking the all-glass shots you see in IG.

Overall one of the biggest tourist traps in Dubai that promises great shots that are impossible to take when...
