I'm excited to write an excellent review of Blooms Ava Restaurant in Damac Maison Dubai! This restaurant truly a hidden gem has it all - stunning views, excellent service, and delicious food.

Let's start with the views - they are absolutely breathtaking. From the rooftop seating area, you'll have an amazing view of Downtown Dubai and the iconic Burj Khalifa. The best time to visit is during sunset, when the sky turns pink and orange and the city lights start to come on. It's a truly magical experience.

Now onto the service - the staff at Blooms Ava Restaurant are some of the most attentive and friendly I've ever encountered. They're always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

And speaking of dining, the food at Blooms Ava Restaurant is fantastic. The menu features a great selection of international cuisine, with something to please every palate. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor.

Dear restaurant management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I had made a reservation for myself and my family through the Coupon website, but despite numerous attempts, I was unable to get through to your staff to confirm the booking.

Upon arriving at the restaurant with my wife and children, we were informed that there was no record of our reservation and were refused entry. Instead, we were directed to the ground floor where we found the buffet to be extremely subpar and disappointing.

The pasta was not fresh, the rice was of poor quality, there was only one juice option, and the desserts did not include the promised kanafa as advertised on your website. However, I would like to commend some of the staff members on the ground floor who were friendly and accommodating.

In terms of my overall experience, I would rate the taste of the food as 0/10 and the reception, commitment, and respect for customers as 3/10. I found it particularly bothersome that the restaurant did not take into account the presence of children in our party.
