Disrespectful customer service in this branch, i was sitting as a lady outside waiting my friend to order, and this guy from the tim coffee maker i think he is egyption came to me and asked me to leave even though i told him I’m waiting my friend to order together, this is so disrespectful and first time happened to me in nice cafe and as a lady in dubai this country that respects all women , i really didn’t expected that and i will never order from it again and i will tell my friends as will to not buy from there since this weird guy there. This is my favorite place and coffee. Near to my office . But service is very poor cashiers are very rude all the time. Today unfortunately I didn’t have change of 1000 AED I gave to the cashier and I told him Iam so sorry my friend he said no madam we don’t have change you have to bring me change or cancel the order . I told him it’s ok Iam sitting here whenever you find change but he insisted no change madam even if you waited. This is very rude behavior I will never visit this place again and already informed all my colleagues . not recommended...
