I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast buffet at the DoubleTree by Hilton with my family, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, with ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for starting the day. The variety of food available was impressive. There was a wide selection of hot dishes, including perfectly scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and savory sausages. The made-to-order omelette station was a highlight, offering a range of fresh ingredients to customize each omelette to perfection. Additionally, the buffet featured an array of international dishes, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. There was a colorful assortment of fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereals, as well as a delightful selection of freshly baked bread and pastries. One of the standout features of the buffet was the smoothie and juice bar. The variety of fresh juices and smoothies available was impressive, and it was a refreshing addition to the traditional breakfast offerings. The coffee and tea station was equally well-stocked, ensuring that every guest could find their preferred morning beverage.

The service at the DoubleTree by Hilton was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, promptly clearing plates and refilling beverages without being intrusive. I have stayed at the Hilton Double Tree many times in many countries, and while this is one of the smaller ones I'm very impressed by their service and attention to detail. I usually book one of the high rooms for the view over the city and hire a scooter to zip over to the mall and see the sights. The breakfast buffet is well above average, with all the usual suspects, salad bar, fruit and yoghurt, egg station, bread and cakes etc, but then with an added range of local cuisine and a nice range of plant based specialities, though I wish they had babaganoush haha

I am particularly impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff. Elizabeth at breakfast stood out as notably polite and professional, proving that young Asian women often perform twice as well to be considered as good as their older western equivalents. I have also been impressed by the reception staff though names don't leap to mind at the time of writing. Two minor comments. I find the calling my room to check everything is OK, or that I liked lunch, annoyingly disturbing. While on the other hand not disturbing me to check if I wanted my room cleaned is annoyingly non disturbing haha. Only intended as feedback

My husband and I have been staying at the Doubletree Hotel for a week-long, and we usually come downstairs to get breakfast before starting our day at the My Square restaurant.

The food here is excellent! If they don’t have what you want, you can always ask an of the chefs or Chef Rene( head chefs) to make your request. If they have the ingredients, then they will make it for you. Chef Rene has made us stuff that wasn’t on the menu without a problem. ( If you are Asian and missing an Asian breakfast, he can make you chicken congee and many more.)

Services here are excellent and fast! Everyone works fast to your needs, especially Saviour, our waiter. She and Ruth ( Floor Reception/ Manager) checked on us often to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we needed.
