Fish & Co. — Restaurant in Dubai

I have been taking food delivery from this restaurant for last few months. Now the fish fries and chips of different combinations are my favourite- specially the Swiss fish fry. I have tried the Dane fish fry also. Now the price is around 60 dhs but with discount options you can get a cheaper rate. The following is my previous review for dine -in. I fell in love with Fish & co who are from Kuwait, when I visited the SZR branch, recently. In reef mall, this older branch has another added attraction. • Here, you get the fish fillets at the same size but at almost half price!! Just unbelievable! ● paying almost half for the humongous fish fillet and fries is goldmine!! I went there at opening hours, and found the open restaurant vey relaxing. I like the wooden works in interior and aqua blue colours always. The server was alone but very helpful. He also showed me the other offers of combo meals at 34-39 dhs. Very attractive. My order was Calamari fry. 4.5/5. Black pepper. 41 dhs. Wide strips. Soft. Excellent. Danish fish fry and chips. Huge size. Stuffed with mozarella and topped with lemon butter sauce. Nice chips. 4.5/5. 37 dhs. Huge savings. Absolutely fantastic for the price. More than value for money. Generally fish fry stuffed by cheese was somethig very original for me. •Now the swiss one is my present favourite. I need to take the original one also to compare. Nightmare experience. The Manager of the restaurant “Fish & co, Reef Mall Branch” named Mohamad Ali came to me right after i sat down, i thought he will ask me for my order but He told me to go outside because its not allowed to sit in the restaurant without ordering within 5 mins. I told him that i am waiting for my friends because i can’t decide which food to order since it’s my first time in that restaurant. But the manager didn’t like me to wait inside, he told me to go outside and wait for my friend and come back inside once i am ready to order. It’s a horrible experience so that i called my friend to change the restaurant because i am so disappointed on how the “Manager” Mohammad Ali treats a customer. I had seen a Cobone (coupon voucher) for this restaurant, and it seemed like a great deal. I got there and asked the waitress if it's possible to just buy the Cobone there, and she said it was fine. I ordered a pan of fish, shrimp, octopus, rice and fries. The price in the menu was AED 95, I paid AED 60 to get a AED 100 coupon. It was worth it.

It was all so delicious, except for the fries that were a bit spicy. The waitress told me that I could exchange it next time. Reef Mall isn't exactly the most busiest mall, so it was just me and maybe 2-3 other guests there, which is a shame because the food is so nice. It's next to the food court.

The only things I could say would be an improvement, would be more drinks to choose from, maybe some that go well with fish. It would also be nice if there was wifi.
