Read moreNeed improvement for Customer Service and being attentive during the operation. I visited this branch yesterday, September 27, 2024 around 9:10 or 9:15 pm. The ambiance was tidy and not crowded. I went to the counter and checked for a menu on the screen for a while. And when I had a menu on my mind I stepped in the queue to make an order. There was one lady customer only before my turn. When she was done I was stepping forward when suddenly a lady customer cut into my line and the cashier started to take her orders. Without even informing this customer that I was already in the queue waiting for order taking. I didn't want to have an argument with these both ladies (customer & crew) and decided to be calm & gave way to this customer maybe she was hungry already and waited until my turn again. While waiting I saw one customer on the edge of the counter take the menu card. Take note, that customer wasn't on the queue she was checking the menu for a while. The crew finished taking the orders of the customer who cut into my line. So, I moved forward again. In my surprise the crew assisted the customer who was not on the queue (the one who was on the counter edge). I was very disappointed. I felt I wasn't existing in the queue. Since I don't want to ruin my night. I decided not to dine-in on this branch. And decided to go to another branch. Read moreWe went to Jollibee Salah Al Din branch just before dinner rush so the place was pretty much half empty. My partner and I know what we want to order and approached the counter. JONA assisted us and was visibly annoyed to take our order. I repeat, she was VISIBLY annoyed when she asked us if we wanted 1 or 2 chicken on our jolly spaghetti. She was VISIBLY annoyed when she asked us if we wanted both spicy chickens. She was VISIBLY annoyed when she asked us what drinks we wanted. When we wanted to add nuggets, she was VISIBLY annoyed if we wanted 6 or 9. And when my partner and I were briefly deciding if we wanted to have it as a meal or not, she was VISIBLY annoyed when we took a few seconds to decide. It was our first time ordering nuggets and didn’t know it came with sauce. She was VISIBLY annoyed when she put my partner on the spot to immediately choose a sauce sarcastically saying, “Sir, it’s just a sauce”. Even so, we thanked her properly and didn’t make a fuss.
