While in Dubai, Mehman Indian fusion restaurant is well worth going for a meal for a few reasons as below I discovered. It even warranted a second visit in 7 days a decision that was a no brainer for us: Located in a 5 star hotel, the restaurant is also 5 star in its own right The decor is impeccable which first caught our eye. I initially believed it to be run by the hotel, I was wrong. It is run by a foodie and Its interior design is passionately designed by its owner taking the five natural elements in to consideration. Check it out for yourself when you visit. Shrijana will undoubtedly take your order, she knows the menu in and out and explains clearly the intricacies of the fusion dishes when you order. While you you dine, she serves you and hangs around nearby keeping an eye on you & jumps in to assist in refilling your plate or simply top up your water. What about the food !!?? The dishes have unique names served with tastefully chosen crockery & cutlery and the taste of the food kindles your palate. Without giving too much away, it is to be personally relished. Its not a traditional Indian food restaurant, its indian food with a difference for Indians who want innovation to their cuisine and something that will appeal to people of other races, culture and nationalities.
